Ordered the large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and was delivered on time. However about 1/3 of the pizza was raw dough and not cooked all the way through.
I wouldn’t have given a single star, but it won’t let you rate without a star. It has taken about two hours and the pizza isn’t here yet. I’ve called twice. Still no pizza. I want my money back or credit for free pizza! They say there is only one driver. If that’s the problem they need to give realistic times instead of continually being promoted with ‘28 more minutes!’ This is unreasonable!
No hair nets or gloves while prepping the food. Not big on washing their hands either. The place looks like it use a deep clean day, or are over due for one.
DO NOT LEAVE A PRE-TIP. TRUST ME. I placed an order at 8:28pm. The delivery time showed more than 70 minutes, which is outrageous, but whatever. It has been over two hours and no one from the store is answering the phone, and I have had no update. This store is almost guaranteed to deliver your items late and cold, if at all. Don’t roll the dice with this location.
Ordered a pizza they said 38-48 minutes and 1.5ths later never received it. So I guess I’ll starve!
It's sometimes hit or miss on the quality. I have to order extra sauce every time or we get red stained pizza crust. Sometimes it even looks like they try. I'd order somewhere else but nobody else delivers to my location
Nice employees, quick service, and 9 times out of 10, the pizza is made really well and everything correct for order.
We ordered $120+ of pizza for work. Called in the order abought 10:30 AM. For delivery @. 1 PM. It was not delivered by 1 :15. When we called them they were rude and condescending stated there was nothing they could do and did not know where the pizza was!
Very nice people.BUT, if you care about COVID safety, only 1 out of 6 people behind the counter while I was waiting was wearing a mask. False advertising about masking on the website. No change since my last visit months ago. Nobody wearing gloves, no evidence of awareness of food safety.
The food is great but the management here is very poor . The so called manager name Jeff treats people so badly , and is very unprofessional. He is arrogant and doesn't teach his employees how to be polite . I will be reporting the manager at this location and hopefully he will be fired . I don’t take disrespect lightly and thiS type of behavior from an adult has to be corrected . You all should really work on having clean uniforms , know the basic steps of service and please clean your nails . It’s so nasty and very distasteful.
