The portions were very large and the food was great.
Are go to! People working here are nice and friendly and always help me when i show up and have questions about items on the menu. Big portions and the flavour of the food is good too.
Best Chinese food in town, staff is friendly. I promise you won't be disappointed and will make it your go to place. They also deliver threw door dash.
The lady was so rude on the phone when I was ordering for delivery!! It was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had with someone like that.
I enjoy the experience so much that I drive up from salcha once a month just to pick up an order. The food is consistently hot, exactly what I expect, and portions are larger than I expected for the price. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are and they're serving some of the best Chinese cuisine in Fairbanks.
We ordered our food for delivery just after 5pm and were quoted a 45 minute wait. After an hour my husband called to inquire and was told that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return from the last delivery. They told us approximately 15-20 minutes. Another hour passed and we called again. Still no delivery driver and we were quoted another 1 hour wait, to which we were not amenable. She suggested we come pick up our food… our prepared food had just been sitting out at this point for 2.5 hours. We were not offered any compensation and they balked at refunding us. (It’s now been almost 4 hours and the food never arrived- we ate crackers for dinner after a hard day of moving.) Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer service. F-

Is it going to win any Michelin stars? Probably not. But it's consistent, fast, a good value, and far more convenient than driving to North Pole for the "popular" Chinese option.These guys also have better egg rolls, and boy did the Mongolian chicken hit the spot when I was tired, hungry, and looking to relax in front of the TV.3 stars for the food, an extra star for the overall value, and a final star for the lady who takes the orders and is quite the character. I'm sorry I didn't take the time to get her name.
Costly ticket for food poisoning is all this place is. Some of the chefs need to be more mindful of the quality of their food, I regret this because of the expensive price and mediocre quality. I’ve been sick all day and can’t keep anything down.
They have become really sub-par even by Fairbanks "standards". They appear to have at least two problems: first they seem to be a victim of their success. The kitchen team can't keep up with demand leaving the food uncooked, over cooked or just leaving orders unfilled. Second, the Anglo white woman at the register seems to hate the phone and customers. She complains about everyone and generally has a bad attitude. Sadly this is still the best Chinese in Fairbanks. If you must go here, go during off-hours and when the angry hateful white woman is not at the register.
