Doesn't look like much on the outside but great food is to be had inside!
Just tried drunken noodles and fresh spring rolls. First visit. Best thai food I've had in fairbanks for a very long time.
Food was so yummy! We got Thai iced tea, fresh rolls, drunken chicken noodles, and pork pad Thai. Flavors were wonderful and sizes filling.
The ramen was delicious. It is hard to do as I have been overseas and have aquired a taste for authentic food. The service was fast and the spiciness was perfect. I will definitely be going back and trying more of the menu, it all sounded and looked so good. Even with a larger group, 7-8 we were served quickly.

Flavourful Thai food . Clean and tidy restaurant. I’ve ordered their ‘Pad Cashew’ from the dinner menu; It was delicious. Friendly owner.
Wow the food is amazing! Since I have discovered this gem of a restaurant everyone I talk to has also had the same great experience. The Beef Drunken Noodles, All the Curries, Pad Thai, fried egg rolls ect… I wish the meals would never end it’s that good! Thank you Nim’s for all your hard work and dedication to perfection and customer service.
Fairbanks has more than its fair share of Thai restaurants. We are really blessed with quality cuisine from them. Nim’s is a cut above, though. ♥️ I stopped in for some takeout a few nights ago for my first sampling here. Wow, what took me so long to try it? I’m a huge fan of drunken noodles, and they were some of the best I’ve ever had! The other dishes were also done extremely well. Servings are ample and perfect for cold winter nights, spiced just right to my liking (hot). The order was ready in exactly 25 minutes as promised, and it didn’t break the bank. I’ll be back soon!
Visiting Fairbanks this week. Needed Thai food today! What a find this place was! Think it’s a husband and wife team. She cooks and he is front of house. Food was amazing. Sad we only just found it at the tail end of our trip. We ate it so fast, didn’t even get pictures.
