Still waiting for my order its been 30 minutes sitting here. They gave me an orange cone and asked me to wait in the reserved parking. Im pretty sure they forgot Im even out here.
Two stars because the food itself is fine once you get it. Overall service is consistently poor. Some employees seem to care, most clearly dont judged by both tone and action. Orders wrong, orders rung up incorrectly, attitude displayed implies that you're an inconvenience not a customer. After my drive through order was incorrect I had to go into the lobby, where another customer was asking for their order to be fixed. Typical
Rarely eat at MD’s but….Big Mac was thrown together in the box, not assembled correctly, bun, bun, meat, meat… crispy chicken sandwich was not, quarter pounder was probably made last year. No napkins, salt or ketchup. Terrible!!
This place is slow. 7/3 they had no ice but filled my Dr. Pepper halfway as if there was ice in the cup. No thank you from the girl who gave us our (cold) food. And they offer $15/hr but $16 for management? That explains a lot.
Took 30 mins for a large fries. Definitely go elsewhere if you want fast food
Terrible service. Walk in order, simple McGriddle, hash brown, coffee. 4 people who came in after me got served first.
One star because it’s literally the lowest it will let me give. The burger was made in the box halfway off the bun itself. I’m pretty sure it was spit on too. I used to work at McDonald’s, and even then I’ve never seen a sandwich made this poorly.
Went in completely calm and politely about a deluxe chicken sandwich that was made wrong. After waiting About 15-20 minutes I was given a tossed in box nothing put together trash. Please do better
I won’t be back here. Took 40 minutes to get our food. When they brought it, no ketchup. We had five orders of fries. Had to go to the counter and ask for ketchup and salt. It was like I was asking for some exotic condiment. They had to go in the back and look for some. After 10 minutes, he brought me 3 packets. I asked for more. He said he’d have to go look for more in the back. Really? After another 5 minutes I asked another kid working there, and he said “oh, we’re out.” I asked to speak to the manager and suddenly, that same kid produced a handful of ketchup packets. Why is this so hard? Lobby was filthy, and so was the restroom. There is no designated employee cleaning tables or sweeping. Filthy. Last time I’ll come here.
Stood in line for over 20 mins for an order. Had two old people in front of me said “I’ve seen older people move faster”. DoorDash was in line even longer. This was at 7am.
