Poor sandwiche making at airport way McDonald's, the small children working their making the food didn't or don't consider professionalism in their easy paying job to do the work as advertised. This is a poorly made sandwiche with a slap of a terrible job. Don't know how everyone feels about it but I'm disappointed...
Food was fine for McDonalds, but the staff could be better. We had to ask for our cups for drinks and then go back to the counter because they had to get us the sweet tea. The tea was like drinking syrup, it was so sweet I couldn't drink it. Two girls were arguing in the kitchen about who should do what. The person handing it orders literally yelled out the numbers and then yelled it a second time, as I was walking to him. He did the same with another customer. Wouldn't recommend this particular establishment. Customer service and work ethics should be addressed.
Food was delicious, employees were super nice and friendly, highly dig this spot?. Denali Mac has been a game changer, I'll be sad going back to the lower 48 where there's no Denali mac's ?
I should have known better, but I was hungry and Wendy’s was out of chili. Horrible dry Big Mac, cold fries and poor service.
They are telling customers they can’t take orders but will not explain the issue to why they are refusing. This is a few hours before closing. The staff was also very rude as a previous closing manger for McDonald’s this is not the way to do business, clean up your act.
Went through the drive thru around 1am and the lady taking orders was so rude. She also gave the wrong sauces in each order and left out fries for some of the meals
Nice store and play area. Bathroom was dirtier and stinkier than McDonald's in other cities and didn't meet expectations. It wasn't horrible though. Staff was friendly and did everything else right.
If a mistake is made, they fix it and dont act like you were the one who messed up. CommendableI see the same smiling faces at this location, so they must be doing something right, unlike that sh*tshow across the street with the red pigtails.

It's McDonalds.Honestly it's the first I've been to one in maybe a year and a half.First in Alaska.I only ordered 2 coffees.Had to say "Hello, hello, anyone there?" 3 times.Did I slide too far out from their notification sensor due the ice build up? They had to of seen me, 2 other cars just slid thru...Ok, just a delay. Maybe they only have one employee doing everything.No worries.Oh, there's 2 employees....Ummm helloooo ?Take my money, give me coffee!Hmmm. Maybe they have a large app order @6:30am?1min or so....Oh look, 3rd employee is here to take my money, yay!As she leaves she tells one of the other 2 my order?♀️?♀️BreathUm, can I have cream please?Hellooooo? Are you coming back with creamer?? Hellooooooo????Dang! How far away was the creamer?
