I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Soggy bun, viscous goo instead of crispy crust. I doped it up with spicy mustard sauce, to no avail. First bite was all gristle. Whole sandwich, directly into trash.
We were told they would reopen at 430am and we just got off late shift and here we are at 517 when it finally opens and gives us a receipt for $1.00 when our order was $10 so I would check on that. They could have came out and told us and other cars they were running late. Several staff just walked by us. Wish we had Burger King. 544 and waiting for food, wish I would have just left. Waste of our time.
On bikes and for some reason.were refused drive thru service and had to come into a potentially covid infested workplace. Not people friendly. I highly recommend avoiding this McDonalds. Drive thru was empty and they don't seem to care about anyone's health. Once inside the order kiosks did not work properly and the person at the register was not there doing other activities. Please avoid this place and go to a nearby Burger King instead.
Great place to go if you want hellish case of food poisoning. I will never touch another item from McDonalds ( I usually don't, but was on vacation for my daughters wedding)anywhere, anytime.
for the love of the stars PLEASE clean your grease traps. it's the first thing you smell walking in. otherwise it's a good mcdonalds. food is fast and fresh when it's not rush hour (12-3 pm, 4-6pm)
I see this place still hasn't gotten better since my last visit, a couple years ago. If u want a sloppy and burnt hard breakfast come here!
First place I stopped after my 11 hour trip to get to Fairbanks. I was hungry! The nice thing about McDonald's: you know the menu and what to expect. The kid at the counter was a little new, but he was friendly and when he didn't know, he said so and got the information from someone else! Food was good, restaurant was clean. Soda fountain was well calibrated. Thanks!
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! They have a problem with listening or maybe just not real bright. Gave them 2 chances will never go back. Food always cold as well.
Fries were too salty and for 3.99 for a large fry you would expect them to be palatable for that price.
The food was good, the soda tasted different. At the first window, after I paid and received my card just as soon as the window was shut the employee opened it back up and asked if I needed anything else. I have to wait where I am because the other customer in front of me and it felt like the paying window employee was rushing me to drive off.
