Okay, so you have to go here. The Thai food is just amazing. The atmosphere is good, nice staff, friendly servers, but above all the Thai is to die for! We ordered four different dishes and they were all awesome. Can't go wrong. I personally love the Thai tea, but then again I have a bit of a sweet tooth I am told. Enjoy, you will be glad you went and will go again...promise!

Portion size was laughable. This was dinner time portion. Not a lunch special or from the kids menu. Was less than half the size of a to-go box. Employees we’re not friendly. Use to love this place before Covid. Something happened because it went really downhill.
We love eating here, we've been multiple times and never had a bad meal. Lemongrass is definitely my favourite place to eat in town. The staff are exclusively friendly and accommodating. Even when they're super busy, they never forget you, and they always have a minute to tell you about a dish or remember to ask how spicy you want your food (very important!) They can get busy, so consider booking if you're a large group wanting to eat at 7pm. That said, we've wandered in as a group of 3+ around 8pm many times and never had to wait long for a table. Between us we've tried lots of items on the menu, and never been disappointed. I love the red curry gaeng pa-nang, or the stir-fry pad himaparn is also excellent. They do an excellent fried rice with tomato in (I'd recommend ordering this medium hot for even more flavour!) and I love love love the deep fried corn-cake appetizer (tod mun kao poad on the menu).
Lemongrass has been my safe place when living in Fairbanks. Any time that I didn't like the food elsewhere, the service of any of the cafes in town, or just plain was disappointed in the food this town had to offer (Sorry, but true) lemongrass has been there with a Thai Iced tea, amazing egg rolls, and awesome spicy Thai cuisine to save the day. They are without a doubt the best food in town in my opinion, and I speak as someone in the food industry who went to every "fine dining" establishment in this city this year. They know what they are doing, are consistent, and service is always impeccable when dining there. I recommend trying anything on the menu, you truly can't go wrong and you'll most likely find a new favorite dish to repeatedly order. I'll always remember Lemongrass as the best place to eat in Fairbanks when I return to the states.Thank you Lemongrass! I'll miss you! ❤️
Ordered the Thai Noodle Soup and Fried Banana Spring Rolls with homemade coconut ice cream (FBI) to go. The food was ready when they said it would be ready and the everything was so flavorful and delicious! Who knew that noodle soup could be both sweet and savory in the perfect ratio? Also, the homemade coconut ice cream was textured with coconut flakes and topped off with honey which was absolutely scrumptious and such a good combination with the freshly fried banana spring rolls! My husband and I were looking for a place to get some takeout while we visited Fairbanks for vacation and we were so happy to have come across this place!
A very good Thai restaurant! We ordered yellow curry, stir-fry pork with veggie and deep fried shrimp cake, and all dishes were pretty good! Although the deep fried shrimp cake was a bit different from what I expected, the sauce and the flavors were both good. We ordered cream brûlée for desserts, and it’s okay but not the best I’ve had. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience dining in here.
Had a very tasty dinner here. A little on the more expensive side but still not breaking the bank, around $25-30 per person for a pretty solid amount of very good food. From my limited experience, about the best food for your dollar available in Fairbanks.Mostly traditional Thai dishes but with a lot of local Alaskan options, I had salmon and a friend had haddock and both were very good, some local beers available as well. Quality of the food and spices was top notch.
Delicious Thai food. Very nice staff as well. If you love Thai food, this restaurant is your answer!
Authentic Thai food with friendly staff! They have plenty of vegan options :)
