What I ordered vs what I got. (along with Dr peppers, but no straws) so basically my drinks were right but nothing else was. You can see my receipt has my name and my order on it, but the order said it would take 40-50 minutes and it said it was ready in less than five minutes. I'd be willing to bet that they printed my order receipt and slapped it on the wrong bag.
Food was ok. They should clean the lobby up be4 they get busy tho
Always a good place to have dinner out. I love the cheese curds.
I have loved KFC for years and this establishment pays very close attention to it's customers and makes sure every order goes out the door as it is supposed to. The only time I have ever had an issue was when I ordered 2 biscuits and did not recieve them in my bag. When I called and told them, they said I only needed to return and I could have the biscuits and a free ice cream cone for the inconvenience. Great customer service and food all around.
the person who took our order A+++. super kind and patient and worked with me in a large order. the person in the background, who I could hear over his headset...super fail. I listened to "I'm not making extra "[email protected]#$ing chicken" repeatedly. Grow up dude. Your job is to make chicken. I ordered it, you make it. I have zero tolerance for lack of respect where your job, boss, and customers are concerned. I am 100% escalating this to Karen level. Your bosses should not have to deal with that.
I was expecting more from the high price chicken, small portions of side entries.
Didn't actually go in and left as soon as I saw the prices from the drive thru..the prices were ludicrous...8pc chicken is $30
Worse dinner ever! Had to throw away most chicken, hard biscuits and bad mash potato gravy. The pic shows some black stuff? Inside the fried chicken. Gross. Expensive. They get one star for good root beer. You would be better off going to the grocery store deli.

The Store Owner and Management are completely garbage and the FOOD suffers because of it. We NEED a NEW KFC franchise OWNER, not related or in association with the current one...STAT!! ?
