While the food is excellent, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No, we won't be back to this location. We were there midweek early evening. 2 people were waiting for take out and 2 tables of 2 were seated. We were told it would be 35-40 minutes. Ok, we had time so we ordered1 hour later, no pizza. I inquired, pizza is just waiting to go in the oven. Looks like there is just one ahead.(In the mean time, numerous folks have been in picking up pizzas, two more tables have been filled with larger parties and 1 person just ordered take out and was told it would be 15 minutes)20 minutes later, still no pizza, no we are frustrated and will have no time to eat said pizza. We inquire again, only to be told very rudely by Austin that we are rude, will no longer be served and our money refunded.Apparently, this location needs to close the dinning room and just serve takeout as it appears that their takeout customers are MUCH more important than those trying to support the bricks and mortar business2 stars only because the food is great

I finally tried the pizza after my hubby insisted and hands down BEST PIZZA EVER!!!

Very poor service tonight. 1/2 hr to get a salad. After waiting an hour and seeing people getting food that had been there for less time got a refund and left. Won’t be back anytime soon.

If you haven't been here, you are missing out! Fresh, made-in-house ingredients! Super friendly staff! Definitely check them out!

Yum! The white pie is divine. Kind Customer service, quick service at lunch time. I'm sad we missed the croutons for my Caesar. They weren't finished yet. I'm sure they're as good as the rest of the food though.

Very good pizza! I ate here twice on a recent trip to Fairbanks and would recommend to others. Very nice staff as well.

Amazing food and service, we had the pepperoni madness with Italian sausage and green peppers, the Caesar salad, and cannolis. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend eating here or ordering out!

I'm not a fan of the customer service with House of Fire in general but this location is definitely their better one. Outside of service I do find that the food is fairly good, no doubt because they are able to use a wood fire oven which always makes the crust a little better. I was actually only just able to try these guys out because they started testing some dairy-free options which I'm thankful for!

We tried the Hell Boy pizza. The crust is amazingly lite yet thick and crunchy and easy to eat when cut into strips! The crust, sauce, cheese, and jolopenos were excellent combination but I wish it had a little more bacon. The Hell Boy is my new favorite. Great staff, clean building, and not over busy.

Ok….first time visiting here. Had a craving for pizza so I thought I’d try this local place out. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza and was promptly served. First impression was that there was way too much oil on the surface. Had a few slices and noticed a burnt undertone. Sure enough all of the bottom was burnt. Sent it back and another was made. Identical to the first but not burnt. Still way too much oil and the crust was rock hard??‍♀️ . The marinara sauce was tasty, but every other aspect of this meal said “poorly done frozen”
