Stopped by for dinner and wasn’t disappointed.Pizza was good. They recommended a small for 1 person which was the perfect size.Service was great
Purchase 2 large pizzas last night, something was terribly wrong with the sauce. Called to let the store know, but the manager (Jake) would not take my call to listen to my concerns. From reading the posts in Fairbanks restaurant reviews, maybe y’all were too busy fielding other concerns from customers? This has happened the last 2 times with your establishment.
We came in with pretty minimal expectations. The vibe was relaxed and friendly we ordered an old world style pizza. When the team realized they had mixed up our order they were extremely apologetic, we weren't bothered as honestly we're on vacation and everything in Fairbanks seems to be closed on. Sunday evenings so we weren't in a rush to get anywhere. 3 different t team members apologized for the delay and comped our pizza and gave us a couple of canolis for the wait. This was uneccessary but very kind. The pizza was outstanding as was the service. Highly recommend.
Garlic knots completely saturated in grease. Marinara sauce like soup. After ordering from this establishment a handful of times I’m finally leaving a review. I recommend not spending any money here.
I’m sure the owners are nice and the Stromboli I was able to eat was good. However.. the fact that we waited for over an hour for my friends pizza after repeatedly asking about where the pizza was just to find out that it was sitting there unattended while everyone else in the restaurant got their pizza when we were of the first customers in the restaurant is ridiculous. And the AUDACITY your employee had to roll her eyes when I reminded her we asked for it in a box after asking twice already for it to be put in one prior to it being made. I’m really stunned and disappointed. I came into the restaurant excited and talking really highly of your restaurant but I promise that was the last time I’ll ever give you people my hard earned money. I hope this helps you do better for the next customer.
Loved this place while visiting Fairbanks. People are friendly and menu is quite extensive. Ordered the New York style with 6 toppings. It was hot and delicious. Garlic Knot as starter was mind blowing. Must try. Fast service.
The pizzas and calzones are great. I don't have much experience with Sicilian pizzas, but they do match the New York style ones for sure. They'll add ingredients to their existing pizzas if you ask, which is awesome if you want just one more thing, or you can build a pizza from scratch. They're good at math too, and the prices match the sizes (you do get a small discount for a larger pizza, but someone definitely did the math!)Their espresso is also one of the best in Alaska.
It was minus 25 degree outside and the establishment was empty during lunch hour so we didn't have high expectations. But we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the bread knots. They were hot and hit the spots. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staffs. Overall, it was good service, good food and good price. Keep up the good work.
Very good pizza! I ate here twice on a recent trip to Fairbanks and would recommend to others. Very nice staff as well.
I hope a) House of Fire expands to other major locations in the US or b) they begin online delivery so I can get their pizza delivered at my home wherever I live. The Buffalo chicken pizza is that good!!!
