Literally awful service. They messed up our doordash order & so we drove there to pick up the items they forgot. They refused to give us the item they forgot even though we showed the receipt and had proof of payment. They said we needed to pay for it again. Everyone else in there finally understood that we didn’t need a refund we just needed what we paid for and they forgot. One of the cooks came up and argued with us that we still needed to pay for it & was refusing to give us the food.
The pizza itself was good. But there's a disconnect between the customising options on their website and what they end up making/the receipt. Ended up with the wrong sauce and not realising until trying it at home, immensely disappointing.
Had 1st time this company pizza. Good veggie pizza. Being from Cali and visiting Alaska, I compare directly these pizza with dominos or pizza hut etc. Pizza in a Great Alaska Co. was better with respect to veggie pizza. Cost wise was slightly more. Overall was good experience.
Their pizza bowl is delicious. I also had wings with garlic parm sauce and a salad. It arrived early and fresh with a pleasant delivery driver. It all tasted great, even the salad!
Pick up on customer appreciation day was great. Pizza was hot. For delivery it wasn't too great pizza arrived cold and when called to ask about what they can do about delivering a cold pizza it was only $4 dollars off...
The pizza and breadsticks are not bad but we got the sauce to go with the breadsticks and there's like a weird layer of I'm not sure what on top, just check your sauce!
The pizza I ordered was not what I received. I ordered peperoni, olive, mushroom and pineapple. What I received was green pepper, mushroom and pineapple. Door Dash was amazing on getting a refund since Great Alaska Pizza wouldn't fix the order and redeliver it. The pizza itself was good. Crust was definitely homemade. Sauce was a bit bland however.
Pizza was fresh ,tasted great, reasonably priced, and great service..
God I love this pizza it's hot greasy cheesy and whatever I want what else could I possibly ask for? You guys are the best!
Wings weren't worth the money. Good taste , but just not quite right... Quick delivery tho and great delivery driver.
