This is very good restaurant and at very reachable location in Fairbanks. We were in the city and quickly wanted to have lunch. Found this place on maps and went there. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had Halibut Fish Tacos with salad, Halibut fish and chips, wrap, chicken sandwich and some peach guava flavor house brewed beer which was delicious.
Their Steak Bits with mushrooms were finger-lickin’ good! Also had their Southwest Eggrolls, Cheese Quesadilla for the kids with a Chocolate Milkshake, Alaskan Deep Fried Halibut. Everything turned out really good and our waitress was so happy and pleasant, thank you! ☺️
Shout out to their bartender Heather for making one of the best Old Fashioned in town. If you enjoy a classic whiskey cocktail and simple but good food head over to Brewsters Northgate location. You’ll also love their Alaska Amber diping sauce with your steak and the halibut fish and fries is a classic. But really, if you want a good ol' Old Fashioned whiskey, ask Heather to stir one up for you!
Great quick, polite staff. Already mildly busy for an early lunch but still great. Although the blackened chicken wasn't very spicy.Update: the halibut tacos were tasty but the contents could've been split between 2 more tortillas
Such amazing service !! Our Server Russell was amazing along with the fantastic food! Definitely a family restaurant love that Russell made a birthday guys moment special.

Had the Halibut Tacos with fries. They were excellent. Halibut was cooked to a nice tenderness and the breading was crisp but not overly crunchy. Meat wasn't skimped either! The sauce on it was delicious. Fries were a bit underseasoned, but I believe the intent is to dip in the sauce. A lime quarter rather than a slice would be good to give the tacos a little more acidic bite.The waiter, Russ, was awesome. High energy and funny. The cooks worked fast too for a large group and made no mistakes. If all their staff is that good, I'll be back again for sure.
This place had a nice menu and the food was great. I had the French dip , my wife had a burger which was amazing and then we had the southwest eggs rolls. We set at the bar because this place was full and when we left there was a line waiting to get in. So make sure you get there early if you want a seat. The bartender was good,, he was attentive and checked back on us for more drinks or if we needed anything multiple times. We would recommend this place if in town
Really Enjoyed the sirloin and there Special Steak Sauce. Although it didn't need it! Very friendly and fun
Their food is excellent and the waiters are incredibly nice. Very clean environment and great for a night out. I love their Santa Fe chicken wrap with sweet potato fries or their bacon burger.
