We ordered two expressos double shots -- they both were extremely "sour" Had the barista make them again -- and again ... sour. We've had wonderful coffee there before so very curious as to what happened?

Was greeted with a dirty look when I came in. Burnt our pizza on the outside and raw in the middle. Also wouldn’t allow a new pizza or refund. There is no sign or notice telling you there is no refunds allowed on top of that. Never coming here again. Don’t like to be a Karen but just expected more from what I’ve heard about it.

Great food and coffee. It feels like you have to regularly coach the present staff to complete what one would expect to be a 100% positive transaction. But overall they do a great job (think “island time.”)

Just went here ( Alaska Coffee Roasters) on July 7,2022 at 2:50 pm for a long awaited pepperoni pizza I promised grandson. They overheard what we wanted as well as the rude man behind us. They sold the pizza to the man behind us-hmmm trying to figure that out. She giggled and said mockingly “. Oops sold last one”. Really and not to the person in line first. Thanks for ruining his day and not offering to make another. Don’t think I will be back unless this is made right and will spread the word and encourage others to not patronize ???

Only been here once, but I love this place. Good coffee and pizza, and a wide variety of food/drink options. A cozy spot to settle for awhile.

Great coffee and amazing food, but the customer service is consistently lacking. I’ll go to Starbucks next time I need a carafe for a conference. Ordered the night before and 15 minutes late at pickup with poor presentation.

The service is very nice, but I really do feel like the food and coffee could use some work. Ordered two separate coffees, which to be fair they taste differently, but both could be mistaken for the same drink. I also couldn't tell if there was espresso in my drink. The burritos are great, if you take them home and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes. Otherwise you're eating a raw breakfast burrito. The pastries are generic, it would be better to pick up a batch at safeway and drink your coffee with it.I wanted to love this place, mostly because there are plenty of options that are still absolutely amazing. Like the pizza after 11am, totally into that. But for breakfast and coffee, it's not my first stop.

Great coffee and food. I had a ginger peach muffin that was moist and soft inside and had a light flavor. You can self bus your table and get your own trap water so you don't have to wait on a server or in line.

I didn't know they had a drive thru option! I love the pastries and also the huge salads here. Awesome customer service. Always open later than I expect it to be. Lots of room to find a space to linger, with wifi.

The coffee was strong and bold the eclair was flavorable and melted in ones mouth it was was on point ? but the hot dog in a bagel was definitely a bit raw for our taste. The environment is very calm and inviting.
