Best beef bulgogi every time. I love mine with extra green onions and my boyfriend likes his with no onions an extra sauce, the salad dressing an salads are unique along with more than a dozen different sushi rolls an nigiri. Nice, quiet, family environment if you can caught them on a calm day and not a full house but even a full house the service is great. And remember each roll you order takes time to make with care so be patient on a busy day or try to order ahead of time, they won’t forget about you!!

Great atmosphere and excellent staff. Food was great at a reasonable price. Good for a night out with friends or family.

Restaurant roulette once again gave us an amazing food adventure. In all honesty, we are total newbies at the type of food served here. After lots of Google help researching to understand items, we decided on 2 lunch boxes so that we could try the egg roll from one and the gyoza from the other. We also substituted beef teriyaki for the listed chicken teriyaki. The food was delivered at appropriate temperatures and was really good.Props to the lady who was serving, bussing, and handling the register on her own. She was so very nice and handled all our questions with a smile. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and casual.

Literally door dashed ramen from the pics they have and this is what showed up. I called the restaurant and they told me that long wait times can have the noodles soak up the broth. Ummm what? Like I’ve been to Japan and had other ramen and never have I ever seen noodles completely evaporate broth in 15 mins. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Why would they not separate the broth then if they know it a known issue? Not to mention the noodles were just wet and had no flavor? Do not eat here lol you’ll have to eat in less then 15 mins or apparently your noodles evaporate your meal.

It's not a place if you only have 45 mins. There are only two severs in this relatively big place. There was 4-5 tables, and our food came 30 mins after we were seated.Food was okay. Not bad, but not high quality sushi. Presentation was nice on a wood boat. Tempura batter was light and flavorful. The Korean speaking chiefs and severs explains the Korean decor and Korean food selection in the menu. One review mentioned a high level of cleanliness. I found the place not clean. Floors and bathroom need attention. It did not smell of fish which is good.

One of our favorite sushi place in town! Welcoming and clean. Staff are according and friendly. Now let’s talk about the dish; delicious and very well priced. Haven’t explored anything but the sushi (favorites). Husband and I normally spend $80-90 and we leave very full and satisfied. Sundays they open at 1:00pm and pick up very quickly so I suggest you get there as soon as they open.

Love the food! The staff is great, super friendly!!!

OMG! If you get tired of your vehicle sliding around on the ice/snow, be sure when it stops sliding that you're parked at Ajimi Japanese Restaurant! Food was amazing!

Food was good. I didn't try the sushi there but it looks like it is a Korean, Japanese fusion. Got their udon on a cold snowy night. Thought they did a good job. Seaweed salad was fried tofu was weird but maybe that's the demographics in Fairbanks.

We had such an amazing experience at this place:) The food was delicious and the staff was so kind. Thank you so much for such a wonderful evening! Absolutely beautiful!
