I placed an online order around 11pm and I was surprised to arrive and see how busy they were. I arrived a little early but the cashier (I wish I got her name!) was very friendly and kept me updated on my order. She was nice and made greeted every customer with a smile. I haven't received such great service from a food establishment in a long time. You could see the kitchen staff working tirelessly to complete the orders and they all seemed to be in sync.
This place was amazing. The staff was so friendly especially the gentleman that took our order. I wish I would have gotten his name. We came there while visiting Alaska. He was so kind and funny that my daughter insisted we stop again before we left for Arkansas..and to our luck the same gentleman was there! He remembered my daughter and it made her day. The food was fresh and delicious.
I ordered on DoorDash and they forgot my drink and gave me ONE blue cheese for 20 wings.

Everytime I have ordered from here they hook me up with some tasty wingstop tenders!! I always get the mango habanero on my tenders combo! Thank you staff at wingstop northern lights!!
Seems as if the chicken was fried frozen. The wings were burnt/Overcooked to the point I could not eat them. And it was through doordash so they weren’t really offering any fixes. Disappointed and still hungry.
Both as a customer and a delivery guy, it's about the best you can do here. The wings are good, but the thighs are better. Don't try BWW, they suck.
It smelled wonderful there I'm a delivery driver so I did not get to taste the food but the place was so clean and the friendly service that I received is why I will be going back on my day off and ordering for myself. Customer service is wonderful I can't wait to taste the food
