I still cannot believe my experience at this Wendy's with my family, this place is a shame and should be closed and strongly revised by the Management. First, we had to wait for about 40min to get our order (4 burgers and two French fries). Secondly, the order delivered was wrong and one of the burger had some hair on it so the Manager put it in the garbage and asked for another one, which meant another 15min to wait. And the last but not the least, just 5 min after starting to eat our dinner, one of the employees told us to leave because the restaurant was closing at 10pm and she didn't want to spend any extra minute in this place and wanted to go home!! We reacted and told her it was hard to believe that she treated us like this and then she threatened us with calling the police if we wouldn't leave the place now. Clearly the Manager of this place is overwhelmed and not fitted to manage his team. For any visitor looking for a fast food in this airport area, I highly recommend to skip this place!!!

Customer service. Is lacking here bad. If you don't like dealing with the public. Then don't work in customer service. From now on. The only reason I will visit your establishment. Will be for door dash only. Very rude staff. And then employees . Just hand you your food. Without being friendly at all. I get it. Minimum wage job. But is that my fault. You choose that kind of job ? No. So district managers . You should do a undercover boss sting at this place. And try and fix it. Or before you know it . Your getting shut down. Worst experience ever. !

We should've read the reviews before coming here. We just wanted to pickup some food after a long day of traveling. As soon as we entered the drive through, we were informed that they ran out of all meat except chicken. So we decided to order chicken sandwiches. When we pulled up to pickup our sandwiches, the female cashier barely extended her arm to hand over the food and the bag dropped on the ground. Luckily the sandwiches were fine but the fries spilled everywhere. The cashier slammed the window shut and ignored us. This kind of behavior is appalling and unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this Wendy's to anyone, local and those visiting. I really hope Wendy's management reads these reviews (it seems like dropping food is a recurring issue at this location) because this has to stop.

It was obvious from the first moment our experience was going to be a struggle at this establishment.Not all Wendy's are created equal. Out of the gate took forever to order. The staff informed us they only had 2 sizes of frosty, Jr. and large. Then they forgot half our order. Then the Fanta had no syrup. I might consider it a new employee training issue, but too many things didn't add up. I suppose that's why there were only a few people there. Giving 3 stars for service because cashier gave us an extra frosty for free.

4 star only because no fast food place can get a 5 in my opinion... that being said this Wendys has never gotten my order wrong. A little longer in drive thru with the right order is the mystical 5 in fast food. Most places are like fishing, you never know what you will catch!

Worst fast food experience ever. Bathrooms are locked, not attentive in getting them opened when needed. Order messed up even though it was correct on receipt.

Pretty good... Long wait time at the drive through at this location though. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal; filled me up very well. ?

So good, I got so full I couldn't finish my chicken burger. The new hot honey sandwich was the bomb. They fried my pickles and at first was weird, but then I loved them. 100% guys.

I have issues with this Wendy's. They are always out of items. The computer is always down. Sometimes the beef is under cooked. That's ok, I like a little red in my steaks. The non-cooking side of the kitchen is always a mess. With that being said, for the most part the staff has been friendly and works hard to get the orders right. But, It seems that this Wendy's is always in some form of chaos.

Terrible service, terrible food, and definitely untrained staff. 6 staff and yet still a 15 minute wait on an order is unheard of in fast food. I’ve seen one man kitchens serve faster. Incompetent
