I love Top Bop, I usually go to Mid Town but now I live on South Side so I've been coming to this location more. This will probably be my last time. Luckily my food had already been prepared but I just saw an employee put her fingers in her nose on her way over to the food prep table, without washing her hands or wearing gloves. If my food hadn't already been prepared by someone else I'd have asked for a refund and left.The food quality is great but the employees have really gone down hill lately and apparently so have the sanitation standards.
I'm not a huge fan of these type of places but it was quite good. They also had a good variety of drink options.

My go-to spot for quick and healthy dinner options. Both their meat and fish bowls are DELICIOUS. This location does get backed up with orders during the lunch/dinner rush, so you may have to wait a little longer than expected receive your food. However, they've always been very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
They offer fresh flavorful food. You pick the bowl size, your protein and the level of spiceness. All bowls come with rice.
Was excited to try this place because of the reviews. However, I was very disappointed. I ordered the beef entree with rice and cabbage. The rice was incredibly soggy and sticky. The beef was chewy and tasted terrible. They mixed spicy Mayo with Terryaki sauce and it didn’t help much. Poor food quality and taste. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here
I ordered the same thing twice and got the wrong order two times I tried to call and correct it and they gave me BS excuses how hard is it to make a chicken katsu bop with vegetables not hard then would not replace it.
I've ordered online multiple times. I love the Katsu Bop and my wife loves the dynamite bop. The food is always great and the thai tea with coffee jelly is also good.They do get busy because they're popular, but the employees are always so nice and the wait is worth it. 10/10 would order again
