Have not ordered and dined in with them in a while. The actual bowls were good like the meatball and poke which ordered but the side stuff like the macaroni salad had a hair in it and the kimichi was moldy. Unacceptable since I paid $65 altogether with tip.
go here often, got food poisoning recently from their food. minnesota dr has better, cleaner, and fresher fish. i expected better since it was fine every other time.

Easy to order and a lot of customizability on your food. The big bowl is plenty of food if you're hungry. Although its pretty expensive so be prepared to shell out some dough.
Delicious and fresh! The amount of meat, veggies and rice were just perfect. We were afraid that there would be a lot of rice, surprising enough it was the right amount.I only gave it a 4Star due to the fact that the employees were so busy that walk-ins were nearly not as accompanied with service.Crazy how dead it looks in the parking lot and how many people do takeout here. If you do choose to stop here, definitely have an order in before you arrive.
Consistently fast service and tasty bowls makes this a go-to for our family. Their dumplings are excellent, the portions are generous and there is a wide range of spice level.

I really really really like the food here but the staff are so very unfriendly. Cashier literally would not say a single word to me - no hi or welcome, no eye contact and absolutely no response when I said thanks and left. Makes me feel like I’m a bother to them rather than a valued customer, I think it is after all because of customers that they even have a job…
