We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! We came on Saturday night so it was super busy , but we waited 10-15 min for a table. Food was really good compare to prices, service was super nice , thank you Betty! We will definitely come back soon .
Hand’s down it’s a great restaurant. The staff is very attentive to clients. Also the those breads they give you before ordering ????… watch out for those, those alone are smacking like no joke lol, we ate 8 of those and we’re almost full half way thru our main meal. ??
It's always a good service at Texas Roadhouse ☺️. Workers are friendly, clean restaurant, clean restroom, good food, good drinks, fast service. Food takes 15mins to 20mins sometimes 30mins to 40mins when it's busy, however you enjoy that time to chat, ??, enjoy the rolls while wait. I always call ahead to get on the line when I get there I text HERE and they get us to our table right away ? no wait. It's always a good time here ?
The first time we have experienced Texas Roadhouse, the service was amazing, the food was excellent, to the point where we decided to return. I wanted to see if it was just a one time type of service because they were already informed it was our first time and needed to be a lil extra?! N of course we enjoyed the food so much we just wanted to see if it would be the same amazing taste.First time was excellent service, even though they were busy, they still managed to keep up with our refills and explained or recommended dishes, & the food was more fresh tasting (just got off the grill, not just sitting and waiting to be dropped off at the table).Second time around, we sat inside, waiting to be called for our seats. One of the hostess, dirty blonde with messy curls in a ponytail thought it was the perfect time to clean the window n blindfolds right next to me. She just hopped on the bench n started spraying and dusting away. I found it very rude and reminded myself that some people just have no common sense, poor work ethic. Besides allowing her ignorance to ruin our second chance at Texas Roadhouse, our server was really nice and took her time to breathe, and ask us patiently what we would like to order. We didn't feel rushed or having to ask her to repeat herself. The food was alright this time around and the drinks were definitely more potent than the first time.Regardless, I know not each time we will have the same experience. But seriously, work on your employees to understand the chemicals they could have been spraying into a person's eyes as they wait to dine in. Or the dust that could cause someone's allergies to act up.We definitely plan on returning, it has been one of the best places to have a really good steak and drinks for a good price. Catcus Blossom is highly recommended! No regrets!
I have been coming here for years, probably at least 10-15 times a year since they opened. The service used to be second to none. I’m not sure what it is lately here but it has been lacking. The food is still great as always, but I swear every time I order here they mess it up. It used to be only for takeout they would miss something, like forgetting to include chicken with a chicken Caesar salad etc or something like that. Lately though whenever I order the Boneless Buffalo wings and ask for blue cheese dipping sauce they forget it EVERY TIME. I’m not sure what it is. At first it started with takeout they would forget it. But I kid not, every single time I’ve been there lately probably the last 3-5 times they forget it. Also I will have lots of times where they will serve the appetizers with no silverware or plates etc. Not trying to make a big deal over it but seriously when it happens every single time it makes you wonder. The food is usually always great though when they get your order right! The last time I was there I ordered mashed potatoes for a side and they weren’t really mashed, it was as if someone cut a potato in half and plopped it in the bowl and maybe pushed on it twice and then covered it gravy. Was not a pleasant surprise biting into a solid potato. Just be careful ordering takeout or even dining in because there’s a good chance your order will be wrong or missing something.Generally I always have a good experience here and the food is fantastic but lately I’m not sure what’s up!
Employees where nice, food was good the tartar sauce surprised me it was delicious.

The hosting staff could use some training on appropriate seating for large parties. Our table of 8 was placed in a 6 person booth with a table added into the aisle. My husband constantly felt like he would get whacked in the head by a tray or another customers elbow. Meanwhile a couple was seated in the large booth meant for 8-10 people within sight of us. The saving Grace of the night was our amazing waitress Nikki. Sweet as could be and helped as much as she could. Fingers crossed she doesn’t have to tip out the hostesses who stood up front laughing at customers while being anything but helpful.
I had the porterhouse steak (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and I couldn't have made this better myself! One of the best tasting, perfectly made steaks I have had in a very long time! Our server did well to keep up with our party of seven, and topped up drinks without any delay as well.
Love the menu and always have a lot of fun. Staff is great and recommend to all my friends to eat here
