Service was great. Ribs were reheated but tasted smoky and great. Fries were so so.
Overall food & service was good.I feel like they shouldn’t have had all the fans on where people were sitting because it did make the bread and food get cold super fast.Also, this is the first time I’ve ordered ahead and they didn’t have the meal ready by the time we were ready to go. I’m probably just being very picky, but usually when I order to go when they take our order it’s usually out 10-15 mins after our food has arrived.*only giving it a 4 /5 because the fan literally made the bread cold as soon as it placed on the table
Steak was cooked to perfection! Mashed potatoes were a bit runny for my liking but still good. I know servers depend on tips but try to dial down the "how's it tasting" so it's not during every dish.
Food was really good, with 1 issue, service was alright. Had a group of about 10 people got seated at 2 booths across from each other, and they set us up with 2 servers. Both tables ordered at the same time. First table got their food and finished it before the second table got theirs. Also second table one of the orders was wrong and when it was sent back the replacement came back with the issue still present. Manager came by and removed the item from the bill and gave us a gift card to be used.

Place was busy on a Sunday, but was seated right away. We have ate at different texas roadhouse franchises, but this is the best one yet. Had excellent service by waitress Samantha. She was respectful and checked in with us if we needed to refill drinks which is a big plus in what we look for in service. Thank you for having such excellent food service that we are not used to.

Better service of the two Texas Roadhouse in Anchorage! Waiters check up on table often and even the shift manager changed up. They asked and waited to see if orders are cooked to liking. Awesome restaurant and staffs!
Fantastic for date night or family dinner, we have never had less than a stellar experience with this Texas Roadhouse, usually dining in, but occasionally having it delivered. The food always exceeds expectations and service never feels like they’re mailing it in. Their ribs are better than any rib joint in town!
