Every visit I've had here in the last few years has been missing items. Really that isn't too big of a deal, but the first time we actually followed through to resolve it and pick up the food the next day the employees were non-communicative and even a little hostile. I'm dropping the rating. I frequent here so if things improve in the next year I'll adjust the review, but as of now I wouldn't recommend this location.Update: much better service, friendly manager

Hair in our food and the food was cold. I suggest if you’re making or prepping food wear hairnets!

If i could give 0 stars i would. The hours posted arent the same hours they operate. We were waiting in line for 45 minutes, lights were still on. The least they can do is put a cone at the entrance of the drive thru to let people know they aren’t operating anymore. Common sense.. hours were updated “4 days ago” so it was safe to assume they were open until 2am not 1am. We saw couple of employees leave the parking lot, no one mentioned that they were closed!

By far the worst Taco Bell in Anchorage. They don't post signs when their drive through is open or closed. If you are a door sasher, they will let you wait in a 30 minute line and then refuse to give you your food without going inside.

Ordered a cheese roll up for my daughter, and received a cold tortilla with cheese completely unmelted and a single tomato chunk in the middle

They closed up the lobby, so it's drive through only, wishing they at least put a yellow or orange cone in front of the door.Taco bell needs to bring back the XXL burrito.Beside that the food was alright like any other Taco bell place, it took a while for my order, long lunch line.

This is a drive-thru location only. Lobby is NEVER open and hasn't been since last October. Can't use drive-thru in my semi. Just close this location if you can't manage or pay employees. Other Taco Bells manage. What's wrong here? Management!

Ordered Burrito supreme meal and Pepsi, Onions seemed to be a bit bitter, but I ate it anyway. 4 hours later I am sick and stomach ache and diarrhea - I figure something was bad, took immodium and other home remedy and by the second day things were better. I like Taco Bell but I am NOT going back to this branch, something here is unclean and I do not recommend it as a place to eat.

Service was great and food was great. This location always seems to have good staff and consistent quality of food.

All I wanted was a bean and cheese burrito. My husband convinced me to give them more than one chance. After five failings of not being able to just beans and cheese on a tortilla, I finally convinced him to stop coming here.
