amazing food!! the broccoli is so crunchy and flavorful. i love it.
Excellent food and quality everything was fresh and scrumptious got the Kung pao chicken and sesame and Mongolian love that there food is not too salty like other Chinese joints! Love there fried rice I’ll be back!
My husband and I came here and was asking questions and the guy at counter seemed to more interested in watching his tv then answering our questions, when we finally did order and the food came it was soo disappointing and we ended up not finishing our mealsWe will NEVER come back to this place! Meal was not good what so ever and they don’t seem to care if you likes the food or not or even eat there!Save your money and go to a better place where the food is better and customer service is better!!!
Have been ordering here for years. Food is always good and hot. Fast delivery and the staff are very polite and professional.
Absolutely Terrible. My rice wasn't cooked and one had no carrots or peas. The chicken had no flavor. And my crunchy noodles were stale. When I went in for a refund, either the manager or the cook came around and told me they were just soggy. I said there's a difference between soggy and stale and crunchy.He put his hand in the food and said crunchy, went to the kitchen and grabbed the tin can and pulled out a bunch of stale noodles that didn't crunch and said crunchy.I got my refund and I regret not reading the reviews sooner. ?
Been a customer for decades. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!! Paid DoorDash over $10 just so I could get my usual meal while I’m in mourning and so I didn’t have to drive by the hospital. BUT NO! Manager stood across the room and wouldn’t come near me to talk about my order. Him yelling at me “I’m sorry your dad died but…”. Real nice. Like I wanted all the other customers to hear that my dad died. I’ll never go back. They’re a bunch of Cheechakos not from Alaska. Wish they’d leave. Alaskans don’t treat people like that.
If you want nothing but the best Chinese made how you how you like. I'd recommend sweet pink pepper
been awhile but always delicious, like it's cooked with love for family when your spouse won't cook.... or you home alone and got better stuff to do than try to cook as good as they do
ordered for delivery and didn't get what I ordered and when I called they they where very rude to me because I wanted them to pick it up and refund my money. They said I was fringing rude, we had to take it back are selves and demanded are refund for are order. I'll never order from them again. All I wanted was my money back. They are the rude ones.
Extremely rude staff. Difficult to get refund. I ordered delivery. I called to see about a refund, they immediately got annoyed and told me I can bring it back if I want a refund. When I got there, an employee was very upset. He asked me why I was returning the food. I let him know the chicken doesn't seem to be cooked all the way through. He opened the soup container, stuck his fingers inside and pulled out a piece of chicken and said it's cooked. It was a very awkward experience. I definitely will not be returning. Edit to add that it's been 5 days and I still have not gotten my refund. When I called, they don't know what's going on.
