Tremendous gathering. Wonderful meal and delightful atmosphere. Splendid time.

Desafortunadamente no pudimos ni siquiera pedir algo de tomar. Estuvimos esperando más de 15 minutos en la mesa y nadie nos atendií³. Salimos del lugar y no creo regresar…

We had a delicious meal here on our last night in Anchorage. The service was excellent and the food was great.

Terrible service and even worse food. The ribeye I ordered, despite being cooked to medium rare as I requested, was tough, stringy, and had no marbling or flavor. Very poor quality beef, which was very surprising to me as it is literally a steakhouse. The sides were poorly done. We have had far better meals at cheap steakhouses like Outback. For the high price, I was completely disappointed with the poor quality food and poor service. The drinks were the only bright spot to our visit. Very well written drink menu and excellent bar tenders.

Waiter was friendly but service slow. Waiter said was due to few servers. Quality of food is not the same as it used to be. One meal was the crab stuffed shrimp. The shrimp was particularly not very appetizing, and certainly not what it used to be. They appeared to be the same cold shrimp used in the shrimp cocktail instead of the grilled shrimp it used to be. The filling was more breading then crab. The cheesesteak egg rolls were more sauce then meat and cheese. Quite disappointing.

We had the bone in rib-eye and when presented it was properly charred on the outside … but completely raw on the inside. We ordered it medium rare which would have put the internal temp at 120 degrees. Yet, when we sliced into them, we had no choice but to send both back. It came back again and simply missed the mark one would expect of a fine steakhouse. This should not happen with the tools available today.

Service was terrible, shouldn’t open if you don’t have personnel to take care of clientele.

The food was good, but due to a lack of staff, it arrived very late and cold. Cold French fries are NOT good…but the salmon was fresh and paired well with the barely-warm mashed potatoes. The green salad was fabulous. The waiter seemed more inclined to chat with his buddies at the bar (waiter was also serving as bartender and hostess, and was the only waiter on the floor. He took his time doing everything.

Our server didn’t know the menu. Service and kitchen was very slow. They ran out of bread at six PM. Only asked about drinks twice one of those times we had to hale a server. Won’t return

We had a reservation for 7:15. We showed up around 7:00 and did not get seated until 7:45. We then waited for 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table for a drink or food order. All this time there was multiple empty tables and others not being waited on. I have eaten at multiple Sullivan’s in US and this was the worse. We decided to leave after ordering a salad and gave up
