The drive thru window attendant never smiled, never said hello, didn't respond to my hello, and never said one word other than "$10.58".That's it. Not one other word. No smile. No greeting. Nothing. These are the same people who think places like Subway should pay them $20 per hour because they are entitled to it.
Slow, said my online order was ready when they never even started it. Also waited 20 minutes while I stood in the store to finally ask what bread they wanted since they were out of one.
Nicely done. Excellent BMT sandwich and veggies exactly as ordered. Nice fresh and good service. Kudos
Reviews are already bad, but here's another one. Mobile order must work, but employees probably suck. Placed a mobile order for lunch. Arrived and there were no other employees to help with pickup and I had to butt in with another employee to help me with my paid order. Find out, they didn't have it when the app told me it was ready. He couldn't find it and brushed me off like I made the mistake and placed it at another store. I knew where I was at, he didn't bother to ask any info to help resolve it and brushed me off. This is my first mobile order and my last. I'm asking customer care for a refund and will uninstall the app. I thought the experience was unacceptable and will never recommend this location. I'll take my money elsewhere.
Almost 30 minute wait in the drive through for 3 vehicles. Very unorganized staff didn't have any idea what orders were going where. At least my sandwich finally came out correct.
If you chose to shut a portion of the store down don’t shut the lobby down. You can’t customize your sandwich fully in the drive through. And keep supplies stocked and updated on drive through window.
My experience at this location was terrible. The assistant manager and management overall clearly have no idea what customer service is and I will not be returning anytime soon. Go elsewhere.
Love the drive through potion, but the touch screen ordering menu work horrible. Go back to taking my order!
Always have the best options usually I do the drive thru but my nephew and I did a walk up yummy sandwiches for sure
