We ordered online for pick up. It was easy peasy, and our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. We were happy we'd ordered online because they were really busy when we got to the restaurant. Our food tasted fresh, and was very yummy.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude employees who acted bothered that I was even in their store in the first place. Ordered sandwich platters the day before, which are quite spendy at $123, and received one slice of meat and one slice of cheese per sandwich. This led to my students having to combine 3-4 sandwiches to make one edible sandwich. For over $100, you should at least get edible sandwiches and not just bread. I will not use this location in the future.
The guys did a great job with our sandwiches. The previous two customers really trashed the place on them, not sure if one of the guys was mentally ill or what but he dropped his soda all over the floor and table in one corner and then proceeded to trash the bathroom. The poor staff had to clean up the mess. They should definitely be rewarded for going above and beyond.
They should re-fresh thier chicken again ? Gross!

Very poor customer service from the females, the young was very helpful and friendly, there was hair long female hair in my dang sandwich and the woman had attitude because she had to redo sandwich.
The staff was friendly, it's a little bit out of my way, but the government hill store has that guy with no personality, and I always feel rushed, and doesn't get my order right.
The workers there were so kind and funny, they gave no attitude at all and they make our sub's and wraps amazingly
