Longest wait when they aren’t even busy. Horrible customer service. Staff seemingly mentally incapable of providing adequate customer service. Rotten vegetables, vegetables were all mixed together - a complete MESS. And so gross. This is a brand new subway location. Unacceptable
Went and no lettuce no olives sopping in sauce and seriously three pieces of onion maybe 5 pickles worst subway experience
Not only were the staff rude but it was the worst sandwich from Subway I had ever had
Good food, always made fresh, tastes good. Prices could be better, but that's the times.
They were short handed, and had a line inside and through the drive through. She still made our subs fast and neat. Best sub I had in years.
I think this is one of the worst Subways in Anchorage. I only go here because it's the closest one to my house. The most recent experience was not too bad though.
Always seems to be busy. Quick service however long the line is though.
I ordered for delivery, and my wrap was not even a wrap. It was not fully wrapped around, and it came apart as I was trying to bite into it, so I had to use a fork to eat it. What a shame… and my cookies that I ordered, i ordered 6 and I only got 5 and a half… you would think the other half would be bagged… but no it wasn’t. And the sandwich that I got wasn’t even toasted, it was iced cold, plus my wrap was iced cold. My bacon was iced cold. It felt like I was eating raw bacon. The only good thing that I ate in my wrap, sadly, it was the tomato. This store needs help… don’t recommend this store to anyone.
Clean facility, friendly staff. They had everything in stock and worked efficiently to get our order made.
Poor customer service. I suggest that the employees communicate more with the customers. If I had known that I was going to have to wait for 30 minutes AFTER paying, I could have gone elsewhere and I wouldn't feel the need to give them 1 star. Plus they were rude when I had the nerve to ask how much longer I was going to have to wait. Then the sandwich had no lettuce and extra meat. Would have appreciated the extra meat had the lettuce been there. Ended up wasting money and I was still hungry since I couldn't eat my sandwich.
