Extremely clean establishment and the drinks are great too. What makes this Starbucks special is the exceptional customer service. I didn't catch the exact name of the woman helping me. I believe her name was Kiera or something close to that. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied and went above and beyond for me.
Really surprised to see how much of the seating they closed off, a whole large section totally closed off for social distancing? Plenty of space for 3-4 tables and still be far enough apart. I used to like coming here to study, bummed I'll have to find another place.
Starbucks is over priced and not that great, I’m in Alaska and I get a 20oz white mocha with Carmel and have them put extra shot of espresso in it and it taste like I’m drinking warm milk with a hint of Carmel if I’m lucky for $10… they are a the worst coffee chain. I get a better drink with extra espresso from others shops for less than $7, I’d rather support locally owned coffee

In general, the products are fine. My bf always asks for a cappuccino and the last time we went, he ordered again a cappuccino and they gave him the half of the cup with just foam. We let them know and they said that they always serve the cappuccinos like that, which is not true ‘cause I already said, he always a asks for cappuccino here, and the cup comes full.Anyways, they gave him another one, but it was just so uncomfortable for us the treatment we received.
I really like the layout of the store it’s got a lot of space the seating is wonderful if you were coming here to work on a project to do some homework or have a meeting you could spread your things down on the table and sit comfortably. The staff are fast courteous and friendly. The drinks are delicious my two favorite drinks are an iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel Drizzle. And my second drink is a vanilla sweet cream cold brew.
Dear franchise owner,Starbucks is such a reliably uplifting cafe! But perhaps there is some attention to detail that has been overlooked the past few months.Most notably, there is trash on the floor. The trash goes beyond the thick dust on the windowsills. Considering there are more barista employees than guests at this location, I’m surprised that cleaning is not as emphasized.Our first two choices of drinks were not available. It’s ok. That can happen. We liked what we then ordered - BUT the straw was so thin, the cookie chunks couldn’t pass. No spoon was given.I was the one to let the staff know that the napkin dispenser was empty. Which is also fine, that happens.Hopefully the next time I come, this will be a cleaner location!
Friendly fun staff. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and want to be there. I'm so addicted to the Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew. It's amazing!
