Customer service via drive thru is good, but the drinks aren't good. Would be nice if a manager actually lived up to their word and corrected the situation if the drink tasted poorly.
Awful customer service. The little girl behind the counter was all around unpleasant while we looked at the menu deciding what to order. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I usually don't think to return to this Starbucks because there are far too many slumlike clients sitting around. Enjoying a coffee wanting decent people around, there is instead a feeling that one is becoming handicapped along with the handicapped. This is not something I wish to be rude concerning, but being sucked into conversation with a degenerate or someone of unsound mind is not the best. There was a good manager here and some good staffers that provided good treatment, and somehow managed to work beside the strange individuals who would appear and not leave, with replacements readily available from the sidewalks outside. I'd use the drivethrough at most and not plan for a stay.
Love the staff, they are the best! Drive through was a little confusing, ran over the curb, flew almost into a fence and nearly took out a pedestrian, but that was my fault, the coffee was just so good, I forgot what I was doing.
After all these years they still only have one sugar free syrup, really? And way over priced won't go to Starbucks again,
Clean, but always seems to have boxes of delivery sitting out. Maybe I go at the wrong times.
I was hoping for chili. But the coffee was still pretty good.
Apparently not all Starbucks are the same, I have been through this one a few times and more than not, either my food was burnt, I got someone else's coffee order (which it happens I usually just take it anyway) or missing items I had to ask for items I had order. I really like Starbucks but I think they need more employees here or something
Expensive, but overall good drinks. Could benefit from selling gluten free pastries and sandwiches. Nice place to come with friends. The mochas and white mochas would be better if they used a powder like Ghirardelli instead of thick syrups.
So ill be frank, its not my favorite coffee, but the app and rewards, and the Starbucks Visa rewards are amazing, with the order ahead and drive thru convenience I find myself there way more often!
