I absolutely adore everything I've tried at Soyo! It's very clear the owner Kelly puts tons consideration, hard work, and love into each product on their spectacular menu! I brought my coworkers after our shift to get some well-deserved snacks most recently, and not only was everything made to perfection and so, so delicious, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and very friendly! I LOVE the ube milk tea, the toppings bar has some of the best variety I've ever seen in a froyo shop, and the elotes are divine! The shop is very clean and tidy, and I love that masks are required. Kelly is amazing, and kills it every single day. ?
Had an amazing experience here with one of the friendliest staffs I've ever interacted with. Have come here a couple times and loved everything I've ordered so far! Their menu is also vegan friendly and has a lot of variety. They come up with new flavors sometimes so that's also something to look forward to. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
10/10 would definitely come back here. Went today while super busy for my first time and the younger lady definitely was the best and so kind and stayed focused while busy and was super sweet to us. Our items were great. Best place with the best workers
Poor customer service! The young and elderly ladies in there, neither one greeted us. We stood there patiently waiting for them to help us. The store was empty. The elderly lady just walked off, didn't try to help. The young lady looked like she was making smoothies. Thought she'd let us know she'd be with us shortly, but nothing. So we left. Goodluck to the next (if they offer to help!).
Wonderful service! The flavors are consistently great and the topping selection has it covered. I will absolutely go out of my way to the south side on a summer day to get my froyo fix here.
Amazing shop, owner is so kind and covid cautious, the shop is so clean and ALL of the food items/ yogurt they offer is top tier ? they have lots of vegan options too!!
The kids loved their yogurt and drinks. Service really was fast. Currently no dine-in but still worth a visit. Would go back to try more things. I think they do have some things in their menu that makes them kind of unique.
SoYo has delicious vegan flavors, and a wide variety of tasty toppings at their shop. They are on the other side of town from where we live, but they've been doing excellent with shop cleanliness and taking appropriate safety measures to keep the community safe throughout the pandemic -despite a lack of mandates. These people truly care about the community, and we go out of our way to support them with our business when we can.
I love this place. I have been supporting this business for years and will continue to support them. I appreciate the measures they have taken to keep people safe during the pandemic. The service is always excellent and polite.
Best Frozen yogurt in Alaska!! The owner is super sweet, funny, kind and the entire shop is always SO clean. Love it here. Highly recommend. I love how safe I feel because they don’t allow spreadnecks in without masks.
