Good brisket burger, just the right amount of chew. The flavor of the smash fries dont match the brisket. Over all the food is good good service, but premium budget fir fast food.
Place is really dirty, a lot people don’t know how to work. There’s like 2 girls literally on the phone and there’s a big mess and the floors are sticky! My food was gonna be 30 mins late..they aren’t even that busy. I guess it’s the to go orders. At the end the burger was good, but not enough for the wait.
Ordered a double smash burger with a side of potato fries and was not at all disappointed. The food was piping hot in the bag and fantastic. The burger was cooked and assembled with care, absolutely delicious. The fries were lightly salted and a great pairing with the burger. Great place for some quick and scrumptious food.
On 6/8/2022 @12:25PM I ordered a classic smash and sweet potato fries to go. I disgustingly found two strings of hair in my burger! I will NOT go back. Check your burger if you decide to eat there. I don’t think the cook ties his or her hair back or puts it in a net.
Will never order again. The Uber delivery is a separate review. Suffice it to say the food arrived not from the other side of town cold but ice cold. It’s my birthday weekend and My son wanted to treat me to lunch because he was in town (from 4,000 miles away) and wanted the celebration to start and have me not lift a finger from now through Sunday. $60 of the worst food ever here I am… I generally try not to leave a bad review I’ll contact the company privately if I have an issue just to let them know what my experience was but this was beyond acceptable. I ordered the single truffle burger with Mayo red onion cheese and lettuce Upgraded to brioche bun and large fries. Burger was: -swimming In mayonnaise -no taste of truffle at all - bun was burned not lightly charred but burned Super thin patty good night Balance the above. Not sure what the side sauce that came with our meal was supposed to taste like it tasted like Mayonnaise thinned with ranch dressing. Son ordered a signature bacon smash his was worse The Brussels were very tasty The firs may have been if they weren’t chilly. It all went in the trash. Wish we had taken pictures but was frankly shocked. Hindsight 20/20
Absolutely very bad service! They not put real attention to the costumer order. Really disappointed ? I'm not recomnded this place. The manager not said anything to the wrong guys. Only one girl are so great she absolutely great. Because I order and they gave me incomplete order. So she said let me tell my manager. Y she returned with good news. But 1 minutes later the other guys and the manager bad again. I said no need you fries ?. I leave the bad place (smash burger)
Service was friendly. All items are a-la-cart so burger was expensive for fast food. The bacon burger and sweet potato fries tasted good and seemed fresh.
The burgers are fine. Product quality is weak at best. Ordered through DoorDash and the attached was the "large fries" and tots. A call to the store was met with a shrug and a suggestion to lodge a complaint through DD. Yeah, done with this one.
It was close to closing but the person at the front wasn’t paying attention. I asked for a double burger with cheese specifically and they gave me two patties in a bun. This was my first time trying smash burger, first impressions can be important. I won’t be going again.
This location is great! We stopped in during the last hour that they were open. Normally we don't like to do it to the employees and make them reclean anything they may have already started putting away for the night. However, the employees seemed happy to see us and weren't bothered by us. Probably because they were ALL high as a kite. Didn't bother us though, the food was great!
