I’ve seen social media advertisements for this place, but never stopped by until this gloriously sunny Thursday morning. Sip has all the style of the best coffee bars across the states and a menu (and execution) to back it up. I enjoyed a straightforward latte with their signature avocado toast. The Kaladi Brothers espresso beans were very pronounced in the latte but not overpowering to the frothy creamy steamed milk. The avocado toast was amazing: thick sliced Texas toast with a slight hint of butter and layered with fresh avocado slices, spices, salt and pepper, and even some sesame seeds. Will be back for sure!
I really like this place! The ambiance is welcoming and chic. We sat in the patio with our doggies but the inside isn't very big.I'm not a real coffee drinker - I like sweet (flavored) milk with a splash of espresso - so trying these were fun but I don't particularly like any of these (May's menu) since they're a bit floral: Elderflower coldbrew (slightly sweetened), rose breve and lavender latte.The toast platter on the other hand was on point! It was all good... Too good to share (I did share though).Price points for the flights were not cheap though, while the single serving coffee drinks are cheaper than other coffee places it appears.
Very cozy place with huge menu options! I tried three different coffee for $8 , service was very nice too.
Absolutely delicious! I got their coffee flight which was March themed and their quiche. Such a great spot to sit and enjoy food and drink and the baristas were so friendly and helpful!

I really enjoyed the the Sweet & Spicy coffee flight. A neat was to have a coffee experience. It includes the espresso con panna, mocha, and dirty chai. The peach sunrise mocktail was also very good.

Staff were very kind and helpful. For those with food allergies, they offer gluten free, soy free, and vegan options on their menu. I love that they serve some of Alaska’s best including Kaladi Brothers Coffee, Black Cup, Spice and Tea Exchange, House of Bread, Elevated Oats, Matanuska Brewing Company, and more! ☕️
The young lady working was super nice amd had a warm welcome. Enjoyed my glass of wine at happy hour amd a small snack plate of Brie and snack. The only thinking is the prices of the sandwiches I found extremely high priced.
Google says they open at 8am. Arrived after 9, they do not open until 10pm. Coffee is a morning beverage, might consider adjusting hours. We left and went to Starbucks instead, they open at 6am.
