I like the food here but service is always very slow and the staff doesn’t seem like they want to be there. Case in point last night I came in with a group of 5 at 9:10pm. Sign was on… posted hours say open till 10. And they said they closed at 9 and turned us away. This happened about 6 months ago as well, at around 8:45. Both times were Saturday nights. Seems like the staff are just counting the minutes to close and closing early… The 10 other times I have eaten there the food is good - but service is very slow. Takes a long time to place your order. Drinks don’t get refilled. Etc.
The staff is very friendly. However, they got my take out order wrong and did not offer to fix mistake. Additionally the styrofoam broke and leaked over the items in my car.
Restaurant business is not only about selling food but also selling a whole packaged service. Apparently, you can’t complain about their food because they will NOT take a bad comment from their customers. This place doesn't deserve to be in business. The owner literally said if you are going to complain about the food you might as well not come here. Lesson learned, we shall not return again.

Most blah chirashi bowl in town. The rainbow roll is flat out unappetizing. Rice, seaweed, with a gross mayonnaise crab mix inside and a few super thin pieces of fish on top. Grace stores have better sushi than this place.
We have ate here before and it was good but this time mediocre. Dine-in, not very busy. Ordered Mongolian beef, Sesame chicken and egg rolls. Beef came out pretty quick. Waited and waited for chicken and egg rolls. Asked twice. Finally got chicken and still no egg rolls. We were there over 1 hour and a half. Take out seems to get priority.
I came back to try the sushi again and was fairly disappointed, it was a bit of a long wait to get our food and it was very sad, the fish was sparse and not very flavorful, and there was too much rice with the sushi. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here as I feel unsatisfied after the meal. Not very tasty. And the chirashi zushi I had was sadly portioned for the price. The miso was kind of watery, but the service was nice. I wouldn’t come back here for sushi but I might try the other menu items.

We came in without reservations-door dash in and out and waited 2 hours for our food, yet still charged us half price and had no napkins-waited for drinks-terrible. very disappointed!
I ordered through grubhub. I found a hair in my chicken teriyaki. I also ordered shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was hard, I threw the whole thing away, I tried to have 1 bite but spit it out because it didn't taste like shrimp fried rice.
