Very slow service was not good and it wasn't busy so ya heres some extra words to finish up this review so I meet the minimum
Have eaten Serrano's many times over the years and plan to continue to do so. The food is excellent and this is coming from someone who usually eats Mexican food in Arizona.
Went in for lunch today as we are a fan of their food. Service was horrible. Took 15mins just to get water. Waitress looked at us multiple times until I finally asked if I had to order at the counter. Not sure if server was having a nervous breakdown or what but had to make multiple requests for items we ordered. Both of us have worked in the restaurant industry and understand being in the weeds but she was the opposite of attentive..luckily the food was awesome. Thanks
It’s average Mexican food, the chips are like either too stale or too thick, but not great. Salsas we’re nice. Salmon al pastor tacos were tasty but too oily, plus the tacos are kind of small. It’s okay for Alaska Mexican. Service is meh, friendly but aloof.
Great food with a a Telmex kinda of swag but tasty
This place is down right amazing! The atmosphere it stunning with the decor and ambiance. It is huge with an inside and outside area to accommodate large crowds. The food has plenty of flavor and the drinks have the right kick! Definitely give them a try.

We had fantastic food, good drinks and great service at this place. It's huge so even with a full parking lot, they got us in and served promptly.
Server lady looked tired..she didn’t bring us chips or water until we asked her. I could’ve brought it myself since I know the restaurant business. If you don’t like meeting people I suggest the dish pit or a line cook. I guess my last comment is more a preferred choice, but where is the Spanish music? Dammmm. Better Mexican restaurant out there.
omg this restaurant is amazing were here everyweek. finally we found a good friendly family restaurant the staff are so friendly the food was amazing
