Excellent food! We were very impressed with the service and food.

Saint Coyote serves delicious unique food. Prior to this summer, service was excellent. Current serving staff needs training. White wine served to all guests without tasting and no chill bucket. Additionally, shared meal served without extra plate. Staff argued when chilled bucket was requested. Love the food. Train the staff to serve and customer service without arguing.

The restaurant wall impeccable, and tastefully decorated. The waitstaff were awesome. The food looked appealing, and did not disappoint my wife and I. The timeliness of our meals arrival was lacking.

We had the copper River salmon and the chipotle Caesar salad with the mozzarella zucchini appetizer. The Chipotle Caesar salad which was an amazing take on the traditional Caesar, we both loved it! The Copper River Salmon was a bit of a surprise in that it was swimming in a thick oily cheese sauce that just didn’t pair well with salmon at all. It seems several dishes we saw were heavy on the cheese. We will visit again for “cheese free”appetizers and drinks at the bar, not sure about the entrées.

Just an amazing place and the staff and owner are amazing and so friendly

Wow!! Open kitchen and bistro style with a menu made from scratch and great service. Extensive wine, bourbon, whiskey list. Jessie the owner is always around. Im seeing all ages here. Dont miss out if your in anchorage. The steak skwers with the chimi hurri is amazing.

Great open kitchen, good for all ages. Good wine and liquor options. Jessie, the owner is always around. Don't miss out on this place.

Pros: This place is a hidden gem. I have been here several times now and have never had a bad meal. The mushroom risotto is my favorite—it’s on the appetizer menu but it is definitely entree sized.Cons: My only complaint is that service is consistently slow but it appears they are short staffed and that’s difficult especially during dinner rush. I understand but it does decrease the experience.Overall, I recommend this place 100%. Try it before dinner rush!

We are a family of 4. I had the filet mignon, wife had the shrimp Alfredo, son had the stuffed peppers, daughter had the Mac and cheese. The place was super busy when we arrived, so that left the service being a bit behind. No errors, and the food was excellent. Filet was buttery tender and cooked perfectly. 10/10 will return again.

Always awesome food and fabulous wait staff. Bravo Zulu
