It’s a small business but very great service and delicious food! This is not all that I ordered since I demolished it right when I got back to work! If you love Japanese, you’ll love this place!
Food was good, very hot. Didn't take long. Place was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back. To bad they don't have more seating.
Bulgogi was good, not the best but was good. The California roll was nice and creamy and would definitely get again or try another sushi roll from them. The cheesecake… was dry. I thought it was going to be oober creamy or very airy but it was neither. Plus I thought it was gonna be jalapeño flavored but it was actually just flavorless. I will raise the rating if and when we go back and I’ll try the fish since others say the fish is where it’s actually at. Customer service is very good and we ordered there and they finished our food in a good amount of time. Yes, very tiny establishment.
I’m truly not understand anyone’s, “less than 5 star” on this one folks. Clean, fresh, fast, modern. Mostly everything Anchorage is not.
Very good quality of food , now it’s our perfect sushi place close to military base . Salmon was crispy and juicy we will definitely come back !

Ryuu Bowl is AMAZING! The Roll My Way platter is a steal. 7 rolls for $90! Just don’t recommend if you’re in a hurry because while they are phenomenal - they are slooooowwwwww! Perfection takes time! 10/10 would recommend ?
Lovely but super small interior. Don't expect to bring the family for a sit down. There's only a few stools and counter height tables that border the space.Someone greeted me right away. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could see everyone working away in the back making everything fresh. They have a big menu with sushi, different rice/noodle bowls, and some fun appetizers.I ordered the yakisoba and it was done perfectly. The noodles were lovely and it also came with carrots, cabbage, broccoli, onions, and zucchini.I'll be back for sure!
Food was good, the mixed tempura was a little odd. It included mushrooms and broccoli. Requested contactless delivery, but the delivery person waited outside to hand it to me.
So i tried this place last year when it was only a few months old and it did not stack up to the competition in our opinion but also what with covid, being brand new, etc we felt like it might just not have been their best showing. Fast forward to today, we gave them another try and it was AWESOME. We got the mt fuji and then the tiger roll at the cashiers recommendation and both were exceptional. They have definitely upped their portion and flavor game. Their milk tea is also FABULOUS. We meant to add a picture but then we ate it all by accident before we could. The Japanese cheesecake was also a fun new thing we had never had. It was like angel food cake and cheesecake put together. Very light and fun but not nearly as sweet as we were expecting. All in all this totally changed my mind about this place. I hope all the people who were not impressed when they first opened give it a second shot now that they have their feet under them.
