The drinks here is my families favorite place for coffee and smoothies...
I have had a bad experience at Rush , I have gone there every weekend with my best friend, Saturday upon getting to work from Rush I thought my drink looked smaller then hers and in fact it was. We both ordered 24 Oz , even the barista repeated back both are 24 correct ? After taking a picture and trying to call for the next couples hours no answer, so I sent a message on messenger saw that they read it and still no response. I have tried email like their advertisement states still nothing. Poor service.
I love coming here the one on Arctic and Northern lights is my favorite location. The baristas are always friendly and kind. :) & they make the best frapps in Anchorage!
Great prices and pretty good coffee too
We have been to many coffee shops and of course you are bound to have bad experiences. But this was bad where it needs to be addressed. When holding the cup it is burning hot and soft. You can see in the photos attached what I mean when I say soft. We think that they might be cups meant for cold drinks. We also ordered egg sausage burritos and it tasted like it was a bean burrito. Overall not happy with our experience.
Rude! Find another coffee shop. Usually get 4 shots and pregnant gf gets 1. But half the time our shots are mixed up and when I explain the mix up and nicely ask to fix them they say I'm throwing attitude and being rude. All I ask for is a 4 shot coffee. Liked the place but they lost regular customers because of their rudeness and consistent mistakes that they don't take credit for.
The barista was friendly, however the coffee is not coffee and tastes like powder packets added to water with zero espresso. I had her add extra espresso shots just to tone down the sugar and it still didn’t taste even a hint of coffee in it. I absolutely would not recommend if you like coffee. If you want a sugary drink with water this is your place.
I go to Rush often & I’m never disappointed! Great burritos and surprise redbulls. :)

Best coffee hut in town :) I visit often but LOVE the DoorDash often. Everytime I ask “surprise me” never disappoints!!! Thank you so much :) also, best drive thru breakfast burritos
