We decided to try this restaurant because of Yelp. I called to ensure that they had drunken noodles for me and the the coconut soup for the wife. We decided to eat in and I can understand the dislikes of of eating there as it's plain / simple, but it was quiet and several take out orders were happening. I am newly celiac disease/gluten free and they made the drunken noodles house style which is chicken, shrimp and beef added. They made it without soy sauce and it still had GREAT flavor. The coconut soup wife had a spice level 2, and it was perfect. Hot enough to know it's there, but not hot enough that she didn't lick the bowl when she was done. Their fresh rolls were also made with mint, and the sauce was unique. We've been salivating over our next visit.
The food here is very good & the portions are large enough to share with two other people besides your self. My group loved the food here and I know we will be back again & again.
Good food but dirty and run down inside. It needs an expert cleaning. Floors were sticky and I almost slipped. We were greeted with “ sit anywhere but not at that table because it’s unstable “. Probably ok for takeout ONLY??? Anyway, I will NOT return. Too many other good Thai restaurants in Anchorage.
I've traveled to Thailand a few times and the food reminds me of the fine food. There is a reason why I visit at least once a month. I tried the salad rolls for the first time and the vegetables were the most crunchy and fresh I have ever had..........ANYWHERE. It's always a nice visit and they remember my normal order.
I love it! It’s very authentic. Every dish has lots of flavor. It’s always made to order and hot! I cant say enough good things about the Panang Curry in particular. I do wish they still had military discount though.
Good food, quick service. Front of the house looked good.. back of the house was kind of gross. Needs a good cleaning.
Quick, hot and amazing food. We ordered pad thai and panang curry with spice level 3. It was a little hot for us but still amazing
I seem to like Thai on Wednesdays....subconsciously it must be because I know Royal Thai is closed and I can't get the best Thai in Anchorage. May be wife/husband team. Super nice people. Great food.
Their food was awesome and their customer service was even better! Very friendly, very clean, and very attentive. I'll definitely be going back!
This is a cozy little place with good food and quick service. The Pineapple Curry (Gang Kia) and the Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) were great. The service was great-just the right amount of attentiveness. We will definitely be going back to try more of the dishes!
