Quantum Laundry Lounge is just that a Lounge where you can do your laundry. The concept of having a small cafe where you can wait while you do your laundry is pure "GENIUS". The facility is a warm, clean and inviting environment. The attendant is very attentive and knew when I walked in that I would need assistance. She show me how to use the washer and walked me through how to use the Kiosk. From what I have observed while waiting on my laundry is that ALL the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Quantum Laundry Lounge.
I have a washer and dryer at home but needed a clean and in working order laundry mat to wash my big comforters. Well, I just stumbled onto a little gold mine! This place is SO clean. Whoever designed the lay-out is so smart, the dryers are directly above the washing machines. Very large space with ample machines for everyone. Small loaders to 50lb loaders. The staff was very helpful and courteous too!Another bonus is that there is a full coffee cafe inside. Lattes etc.Outlets for charging your devices while you wait as well. Clean mens and women's restrooms as well.Love this place!
Nicest laundry mat I've ever been to. Not only is this laundry mat set up in a smart and spacious manner, but there are also plenty of areas to work on homework, spots to plug-in devices, and even a coffee shop. Leave your detergent at home, you won't need it here. The washers provide safe and non-toxic detergent and the dryers do not require dryer sheets. Oh, and they play great music as well, I felt like I was back in Hawaii. 10/10

Omgoodness. I'm in love. So future. Mind-blowing laundry experiences are way far and few between. Quiet, clean, friendly, and there's an amazing app that tells you what EVERY machine is doing! Enlighten your chore!

2nd Review: The company contacted us via email to get laundry redone. This time the experience was more pleasant. They folded the laundry and placed in clear bags into our laundry basket. I still don’t like the clothes didn’t have a really good smell of softener but learned the used fragrance free detergent and softener due to automatic injection via machines. I wish it had a scent. If I ever went again, I would bring my own stuff which defeats the purpose.1st review: We tried this place out as we had just ended our long road trip. We opted for wash & fold and while the price wasn’t bad, the end result was. Our clothes seemed to have been rolled up and placed into multiple small garbage bags. Socks and undies were thrown in separate bag and not matched together or folded. It seemed like our clothes were just washed and no one cared after. I feel if you are paying for a service then the business should exceed expectations or don’t offer it. The clothes also didn’t smell like laundry softener was used. I love the fresh scent of clean clothes and didn’t have that.I fell in love with this wash and fold concept in Canada and my expectations were exceeded there. Here, quite disappointed.
Washer/dryer was up to date. Space was open and well kept. Would have been great if the girl there was helpful and patient at explaining things, like how the machines work since I’m use to traditional coin laundromat. I was there longer than I anticipated because I had to play around with the kiosk.
OMG EVERYBODY was so amazing. Maui helped me with the app and offered to assist me before I requested it. The place is big and clean. The machines are easy to use, clean and clean very well. After all this I was stuck in the parking lot and the whole crew came out and unstuck my vehicle. THANK YOU Quantum! My bedding is fresh and clean!
Jayce was super helpful and patient teaching us how to use the machine and trouble shooting our problems. Whoever owns this nice clean laundry mat/ Cafe has a shining star for an employee. I recommend this place. I don't do my laundry anywhere else.
