I always love coming here, can't go wrong with a chicken & steak bowl.

My husband and I visited here for lunch. This was our first time at a Qdoba and most likely our last. The food was decent, the attitude from the workers was disappointing. They were being judgy about how we took extra time deciding and yes we had a hard time figuring out what we were even supposed to be doing. Especially since none of the were helpful in anyway. We ask a question and they don't even wanna reply and when they did short barely responsive answers. We were at the end of the line too. These younger workers need to work on there stress and customer service skills.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had, the employees turned off the open sign more than 30 minutes before closing & proceeded to fight with each other in front of us, arguing and yelling over there being an extra charge for 2 scoops of guacamole. These employees are rude lacked basic social skills and will not be going back.

This place has got to get their hours squared away. Hours say open at 7:00 I got there after 7:00 and there was nobody around and the doors were locked. I am one customer that will not be coming back to the store this has happened too many times.

Came today and the workers rushed me and my niece, I kept telling the guy I want rice and he still didn’t put in on my food, it was lunch but it was not busy at all. The meat is cold and the fountain drink was flat

Qdoba is usually very good at dealing with her online orders and the customers in front of them. Tonight I wouldn’t say they were, the person starting all of the orders started one of the two things are I wanted. After he made the first he continued with an online order and didn’t ask me if that was all I was getting. The person at the next station asked me what was on the first thing I ordered and I let them know that I had another item, which meant that he had to start it. Once he had finished my order and I waited to be checked out and the person checking people out was putting online orders before the people in front of them. He said I just need to bag this up before I check you out, he proceeds to Bagget and then a DoorDash driver comes in that he tends to. Once he got their order another DoorDash driver came in that he dealt with as well. The person at the previous station had to check me out. I should not have waited there as long as I did to be checked out. I’ve work in customer service, and we are always taught to deal with those infront of you before you do other things.

I door dashed. Just because I'm not physically there to watch yall make my food does not mean to short me or anyone els thats not there on our orders. What was suppose to be a chicken quesadilla. Shame on yall frfr?‍♀️

They righted a doordash wrong (shameon doordash) and provided great customer service throughout the ordeal. Thank you guys!

Lunch manager is very stingy. When I asked for a bigger portion size he says “I’ll do what I can” and adds like 2 more pieces. Wow! Thanks sir! Now I will be full and satisfied from you adding 2 peppers to the 4 you gave me for my burrito! There was a sign in the store that said you can get extra of certain items for free. What you “can do” is pull up that mask… COVID isn’t over!

I will say the taste of the food is consistently good. I enjoy going when the white lunch time manager isn’t there the most. Unfortunately I end up with half the food verse when I go and he is not there. Before he arrived as manager the food cost less (not his fault) and I got more but now I pay more and get less. When I ask for extra stuff (not meat, guac, or queso) he says “I’ll do what a can” and proceeds to give me one extra pepper slice. Not cool
