I was looking to branch out and had a friend recommend Pizza Plaza. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, and peperoncino large pizza. I went and picked up from the friendly staff and headed back to work to share some with my colleges. The peperoncinos were missing, but regardless, the pizza was high quality and very good. The price was a little higher than most places, but I felt the quality was top notch. Will go back!
Delicious food and excellent service! This is a diamond in the rough. If you are waiting for an hour at Moose's Tooth, come here instead. It's great!

Took my pizza and ate in the sunshine, but the place was very nice and will be dining in next time. Pizza was top notch and loaded with meat and jalapeños and pineapple didn't even have to ask for extra cheese. Gave me some plates napkins and red pepper and Parmigiano. Definitely a little hidden gem!Just stopped in yesterday for dinner and it was the best. Just like last time only better, love the service and the awesome food.
Went at 9 pm, was the only one in the restaurant - should have been the first red flagOrdered half and half - spaghetti with marinara + cheese ravioli - no meat sauce! and requested to add veggies - mushroom and broccoli in the spaghettiWe were told that addition of veggies will be extra charge which I was good with.Order came with mushrooms in the pasta and a sid e of broccoli with some special sauce!!! We never ordered that dishHow hard is it to understand or at least confirm before orderingOn top of that the spaghetti came with meat sauce and I don’t eat meat. After asking the server about it she went to the kitchen and confirmed that it’s meat sauce and came back laughing about it.The server didn’t seem to care and was casual about it. Absolutely no regret . Paid the bill and got out of there2nd Worst restaurant experience ever zero stars
I really like this place. I left there feeling happy in my heart. They have the best house dressing ever. I loved everything I ate and have enough steak fettuccine alfredo broccoli and garlic bread for an entire meal leftover. I love the owner, who obviously has her hand in everything there. Opa!
Pizza Plaza Restaurante', worst customers service by the owner. We spend tons of money ordering from them and when they screwed up our order we always go back. Not after today the owner was yelling at my husband when she screwed up saying she made our food. Food was not in the bag and upon asking for it it was a huge ordeal. Like we would after all these years of being a customer lie and say we got it when we didn’t. The. After listening to them argue she remade it an hour later we were told your next meal one meal not several meals would be free. It was written in a book by a very nice man. Today the owner came on the phone yelling at my husband sayin you got two meals I’m not giving you another one. We told her what happened and she insisted that we got both meals and she wouldn’t honor what the guy told us all the while yelling and cutting my husband off on the phone. No apology just no I’m not giving you a free meal again we never got a free meal. Horrible service we will never come back she said okay. Who does that, even offer half off my goodness they have amazing food but not worth the attitude from the owner.??????
I love this place and have eaten here over 45 years now. They're menu is online and the flavor of the dishes they cook is fantastic. There is not a better traditional pizza in town. Dishes are cooked fresh and vegetables are not over cook like many places do. Owners are beautiful people who really care about the culinary experience you will enjoy. Nice clean and comfortable decor and seating. You can not go wrong eating here. A favorite of Anchorage locals but Alaska visitors are welcome too and I encourage them to go. There is not one thing I don't like on their menu.
Ordered $73 worth of food to have it delivered which went fine, but the delivery driver only had $10.00 in change on him when we paid with a $100.00 bill. I will never order from this place again. I called to complain to the manager and never got a call back but instead was told by a worker there that the manager would just try to dodge a bullet and not call me back.
Love this place! They are nice, food is awesome and the service is great!
