First time in. The food was lovely and the service and atmosphere was also fantastic. We visited when it was negative degrees, and the inside was comfy. However, I'd love to visit in the summer. It looks like they had outdoor seating, that would be fantastic in summer.
The people who own this establishment are simply amazing! Not only is the food and atmosphere simply the best. But, they happen to also be some of the most hospitable and kindest people to exist. I love this place, and can't wait to dine in again.
The best Greek food in town, hands down! Family owned business who treats you like part of the family. I have been eating here over 8 years. Definitely stop by if you are in town.

This restaurant had plenty of good food, but one had to figure out how to find it. Our party had mixed to positive impressions of the place. The service was attentive and the waitress was very busy handling a variety of tables simultaneously while refilling frequently and graciously. In addition, there were some standouts here--the lamb was excellent, the dolmades were great, and the calzones were highly approved by my stepfather. On the other hand, not everything met with my party's approval, with a mixed verdict on the dry and somewhat plain garlic bread and general disappointment with the tomato-based Greek salad dressing that was not as thick or as tasty as expected. Still, this is a good place if you know what to get.
I have traveled ij Greece, Lebanese by background and grown up in Anchorage. The food in this place is off the charts fabulous. I have had many occasions to watch my dinners being prepared (I peek in the kitchen to chat with the cook from time to time) and I am in awe of the Maroudes famiely's skill at preparing hight quality, always fresh meals in record time with exceptional quality and taste. So thrilled they have weathered this pandemic. I was in last week for a dinner and the place was packed and lined up out the door. Word does get around, if the food is mediocre, your business is toast. Pizza Olympia is one of the two top restaurants in the city. The other is Alturra. Both are 5 star.
Two times in my life have I ever not finished a pizza. This place is the second. As someone who loves pizza, I feel personally disrespected that they actually sent this out of their kitchen. Try hiring someone who has actually tasted pizza that came from an oven not a dumpster. I have seen Chuck E. Cheese produce higher quality than this. I will never order pizza here again, and I would encourage others to just go somewhere else. The name "Pizza Olympia" is a crime against pizza and a crime against common decency.
