Used to love this Pizza Hut but right now at this location is a very rude, condescending, with a nasty attitude employee. We went for personal pizzas and the order came wrong. So we went to back to get the order fixed. And that was wrong aswell. At this point we just wanted our money back. And It was an argument just doing that. She either needs to take some classes on her behavior or be fired.Also I do want to note that the nasty behaving women did not take our order originally it was a wonderful women who seemed maybe new and little tired and I was like girl I understand! I don’t believe it was her fault all she did was take our order. She didn’t make our pizzas.
This location is the worst Pizza Hut I've ordered from. I ordered food from them and then called cause I hadn't received it for an hour. They said they never received any order and that they closed thirty minutes before. I told them that I ordered an hour previously. Told me to call back the next day to resolve it because they couldn't help me.
Do not order from this location. We called when our delivery hadn’t shown up after 2 hours. We were mysteriously disconnected 5 times. Drove up there and the manager called me a liar and kept going on about refusing service. We left without our food. I’m absolutely disgusted.
The pizzas were made with different crust than I had ordered. There was no marinara sauce for my breadsticks. The pizza order was sitting in warmer even after I indicated I was there for curbside. I had to go inside to get pizza.
The phones are not working well at the location I order from. Normally not a problem because I order online. My order arrived and it was incorrect. When I called the store I had to call 5 times because I kept getting hung up on. Then I spoke to a manager I was placed on hold for 20 mins. Then the phone was picked up and hung up. I sent my husband to the store and the young lady behind the counter did help fix the situation. Just a lot of trouble could have been saved if the phones were working properly
Lucas at this store is amazing!! He went above and beyond even refused a tip for driving 1.55 miles to deliver my mother her double order of breadsticks they forgot on her carru out, that I ordered for her from Montana. I myself am a delivery driver/production employee of a Pizza Hut in Montana this made my heart happy to know there is others like myself. Thank you Lucas from Abott pizza hut by fred myers for taking care of my mom
Very bad place. Called the station and no one answered, called and texted the driver and no reply. Even when it was less than 10 minutes of finding the hair inside our pizza.
My perfect order was delivered quickly. However, it was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to call when I discovered the address error immediately after placing the order. My call was automatically routed, but no one answered. Using the tracker, I timed myself to position in the street and intercepted my order from a kindly, but confused, delivery person.
Super fast delivery and the pizza was nice a HOT! Yum.... and the driver was very friendly and personable. Definitely my new go-to for the pizza craving kind of day.
When I first called the phone hung up called back ordered and was told it was going to be 15 mins waited 30 mins. My pizza had no sauce and the bread sticks were the worst I have ever had both were so dry. I would not order from this location again.
