Went to pick up an order for doordash and 1st of all there was an entire drug deal between the homeless happening outside of the facility, 2nd, upon walking inside the store there was a homeless person using the store phone to make a non professional call, 3rd, it took at least 5 minutes of uncomfortable waiting before I got any help due to staff not paying attention and lastly staff wasn’t even friendly towards me. Please tighten up staff
We ordered from this location while staying in a hotel in Anchorage. We received half our order with the wrong soda. I called back to ask for the rest of the order (I ordered on their website but the driver was DoorDash I guess so he didn't know what I had ordered and could not help me) and after being first hung up on, then left on hold, finally got ahold of someone and requested they send us the rest of our order. So they did but we got an entirely different person's order-none of what they sent was part of our original order.I called again and they left me on hold. So I called again and they did not pick up. Wondering if they were avoiding me since I had already established they had my number on caller ID, I used my husband's cell phone and they picked up immediately... which makes me think they were indeed ignoring me.I told them it was 10PM, and we were tired of this (we'd ordered for the first time two hours earlier) and just to refund me for what we didn't get. They said okay and that I would see a credit in 3-5 days. It has been 11 days and I have not seen a credit. I haven't decided if I want to just give up so I don't have to deal with them again or not. I am not a person who is rude but this was super frustrating. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. They didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing.
When you use a service like door dash the quality is poor in comparison to someone you employ and they want to do good for your company and honestly when paying a 5.99 delivery fee for you to sublet the job out is a disappointment. This is the second time this has happened while ordering and I will no longer be using you for any delivery and use a competitor. I will continue to come in when I can, but I no longer trust you delivering my pizza.
Called 9 times. Got hung up on 5 times.Very poor customer service. Lemme put you on hold for a sec. Click. Never ordering again. Better pizza in town anyways .
When your order is wrong, it’s impossible to contact them. Called when they messed up on my order, some guy answered and told me he couldn’t do anything and the put me on hold again. After several minutes I had to hang up.
We love to order from here, but if you buy anything on the $5 line up they ALWAYS FORGET IT!! We have to wait for them to go back and get the rest of our order EVERY TIME! They need to work on reading the receipt and getting the order right the first time. Other then that the store has great deals and good pizza on a budget.
Fast delicious food and it was hot! Until last night my son found a hair in his pasta that was way too short to be any of ours. Not sure why as I thought hairnets where still a thing, but apparently not this is the 2nd time in a year so we will stop ordering.
I've never had an issue with pizza quality but the store could use some attention as far as cleanliness and staffing is concerned.From my own experience it is impossible to reach this store via the phone if it's after 10pm. I placed an online order for carryout and forgot to tip so I tried to call them in order to add one on and never got through to a person. I was on hold for over an hour. This is not very professional and very frustrating.

i forgot to put my apt. number on order. unable to be connected with store to fix problem. waited on hold for 35 minutes to no avail. i will give my money to your competitors who actually answer their phones. you have definitely lost a customer...
