Small deli w 2 ladies. One cooking and the older one taking orders and payment. I ordered a club sandwich and waited and waited A customer came in after me and ordered his sandwich and the cook started to make that sandwich. I spoke up and said is she making my sandwich yet? The older lady snapped at me said yes then told me to go sit down! That’s when they started making my sandwich. How rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness I’m only a tourist here

Tiny little place but they had great service even when the internet wasn't working to run my card. Glad we had cash to pay because it was really good food! We got sandwiches to go for a day trip and because of the mix up with the card, they threw in some bags chips for free for us. Not necessary, but very thoughtful. We had two wraps- the chicken Caesar and the Turkey/bacon/avocado. We also had a couple of the club sandwiches. All were really good and ingredients were fresh. Would stop again to try the breakfast sandwiches or the soups people were enjoying which also looked really good.

Pil’s is a cute hole in the wall deli. The breakfast burrito is to die for with fresh homemade salsa on the side. I highly recommend.

She makes such a good breakfast burrito! I went to here every morning for breakfast when I was in Anchorage for work. If I ever come back to Anchorage I definitely will be coming here again.

We ordered one ham and one Turkey BLT. They charge $2 extra for meat in a BLT. The sandwiches were ok and fine for the road. The muffin wrapped in plastic was straight from a Costco box a few days ago.It was a bit pricey. For 2 sandwiches, a Costco muffin and hot tea was $30.The facilities were questionable. Small shop, didn’t seem clean, and one employee picking their nose in the corner. At least the person making the food didn’t and wore gloves.Good choice for sandwiches on the road.

I came across these old photos that I took during my stay in Anchorage and I wanted to say that I remember this place as being a great place to relax and have a tasty breakfast sandwich, a coffee, other kinds of sandwiches and burritos, etc.

Stopped in one afternoon and had a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich. Great service as well ?

I get a sandwich from this place almost every day at this point, the lady is always so nice!

We started our day here 3 times- loved the breakfast sandwich. Easy street parking (in Sept) Near the visitor center.

This place had an amazing breakfast burrito and croissant sandwich
