Really enjoyed - great place to grab a nice plate. I really loved their spring rolls and can munch of them all day. Much love!Super affordable.

The food is excellent. Please keep in mind if you need to wait for your food they may be short on workers, however, it is worth waiting for. My family loves their food and we order ahead and enjoy the short drive to pick it up.

I always get the pho beef! The pho broth is so flavorful & definitely a top hit. You can also never go wrong with the crispy pork meal or beef pad thai. Their portions are pretty big so they are enough to share with someone! I never leave without an iced coffee ?

Disappointed in what I got i had orderd the pho combo the only thing that was in it was pieces of meat no tendon I ask for no tripe but more tendon but there was nothing at all and forgot my chili oil lil over priced for this and also the fresh rolls were ok probably my last time ordering from this place ?

Most unwelcoming, unfriendly and openly rude service I have encountered in the state of Alaska. Just walked in to pick up a to-go order for the first time and was asked my name repeatedly (just me and one other table there btw), was told my order wasn't ready when it was clearly sitting on the counter, was told to "go over there and just wait" (where??), and the middle-aged Asian server actually narrowed her ill-mannered eyes at me and gave me a dirty look when she walked by. The most incredible part was I was so shocked by the entire staff's behavior that I commented about how unfriendly they were and literally no one even batted an eye or said anything. Hated to give these awful people my money. I definitely do not recommend. My guess is they do a lot of delivery because no one would come here and deal with these horrible women in person. Food is overpriced and average taste.

Always great food. The staff is also very helpful. A great place to get pho in anchorage

I ordered the bahn mie sando, seafood pad Thai, and fresh spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok. The pad thai was very very heavy on the fish sauce. I picked the seafood out and ate that. The bahn mie had the most off-putting taste, and the texture of the meat inside was something I have never experienced before. Gristly and crunchy bits all throughout... literally ate 2 bites of it. The bread was awesome though.

Let me just say off the bat, if you enjoyed Pho Vietnam 1 through 7, then you won't be disappointed with #8. I started my trek with the first establishment as I didn't want any spoilers. The pho was spot on and delicious, hands down the best local pho in town. At least that is what I thought until I went to Pho Vietnam #2. The sequel to the first was unparalleled in everyway, the flavor, ambience, and presentation was twice as good as the first one! I though to myself "there is no way that they could top this!", And boy was I wrong. Each subsequent restaurant was better then the first. My tiny ember for authentic Vietnamese cuisine quickly roared into a blazing fire that could only be quenched by Pho Vietnam. I didn't know that with each restaurant, I would learn a lesson about food, culture, and the craftsmanship involved in making the perfect bowl of pho. But as I reach the end of this magnificent journey I approach the last and final restaurant, Pho Vietnam #8. At Pho Vietnam #8, I took one bite and my jaw dropped as my chopsticks slipped out of my hand and tumbled onto the ground, precision and perfection all brewed into one bowl. It was like the stars aligned and destiny had summoned me into this one specific place at this one specific time. You may call it dumb luck, but I call it destiny. A flavor profile so robust and complex that you cannot but help try and grasp the experience, only to be perplexed and challenged as a human with only finite taste. Wondering what the possibilities there are in this simple thing we call food. If you are weary, hungry, or feel oppressed by the struggles of real life. Give Pho Vietnam #8 a try and let all your worries fade into the distant.

Nice place to get a quick bit to eat and close by too

Short walk from many midtown motels. Large portions, took leftovers back to room. Seating area plain but food good. I think many locals enjoy it
