Great little pop up restaurant for dinners. I believe it's a deli by days but they are trying out having a restaurant for dinner. Food was creative and delicious. It was not crowded although it should have been based on the food quality. Try it out!
Very tasty, big portions and kind waiter!
The pad Thai was delicious! Our waitress was also very attentive and lovely.
Had the pad pak, man was this ever delicious. Definitely recommend.
Came in to order Boba smoothie mango and coconut was delish price was too steep for not even having whip cream as the topping like it shows... ?
Good food and great service!
A short walk from Anchorage museum. Cosy restaurant serving Pho and Thai curry. Value for money set lunches.
So happy to see the success of this family. I remember back around 2010 when they took over the old Chinese Kitchen location, looked sketchy at first but we tried them out and they were amazing.Came with a friend one night and my card was declined when we went to pay, had no other payment method. Felt terrible, promised to come back with cash, the lady who owned it was so sweet. Told us that she understood, times were hard, we were young boys, she understands. Not only was sweet but sent us out the door with more food to go that we hadn't ordered. Obviously came back and settled ASAP.Now they have multiple locations in Anchorage, but still the same sweet family. Thank you.
Best pho in Anchorage hands down. The bubble tea was incredible as well
I went to Pho Lena on my last day in Anchorage. I'd been there twice before and was pleased. The duck pho was great, as was the potsticker pho. But the fish was tough and had no taste. Alaska is famous for seafood, so I had the expectation, the fish in the pho would be tender and tasty. Not only that, on this 3rd visit, not at a busy time, the service was not friendly. The female waitress was very smiley and cheery with men but not with a solo older woman. For this reason, she got no tip. I do not leave perfunctory tips. A tip is earned, and it was not in this case. Not only was the waitress not friendly, both she and the woman who brought the check neither greeted me nor thanked me for my patronage. In fact, they did not even look at me. Guess that's what it means to be invisible. I will never go there again if I come back to Anchorage. Such a shame, because the first 2 visits impressed me favorably.
