2022: Nice staff, focused menu, clean and enjoyable environment. Would definitely return and recommend. I personally want to put it further to the test.Definitely surprised it took us this long to try this spot out.Can confirm, per lunch 07.25.2022, that the above holds true and this establishment shows to be reliable.
Best sushi I've found in Anchorage. I travel to Japan routinely and I'm still very impressed by the selection and quality of their Nigiri. I'll be back!
From California, so maybe we have a different expectation of good, but these rolls were unimpressive and the fish did not feel fresh. The inside of the sushi was tempura and California roll...for the most part and covered in sauces.4.4 star got us to go there, but left $60 poorer on a meal I would have preferred to skip.Rolls ordered:Firefighter - not good eitherYellowtail - THE WORSTHawaiian - 2nd worst
The sushi looked and tast like it came straight from Carrs grocery store. Tast less and unappealing to the eye and not worth eating. 120$ mistake
I love Peter's! My favorite sushi spot in Anchorage. Been coming here for years. Always fresh, delicious fish. The service is incredible. The rolls are top-notch. And I really like the vibe and the atmosphere.
One of my favorite sushi spots in town. Friendly staff and great food everytime.Ordered Jalapeno Bombers and a Gangnam Style Roll, both delicious.
We had the Mongolian beef and yakisoba and both were really delicious. The staff was pleasant and the interior was nice and comfortable.
Super rude but good food. The waitresses threw everything on the table, no hello welcome in or anything. Took almost 2 hours to eat and waited 10 minutes for a side of spicy mayo.
Food was good, we had the ceviche roll, gangnam roll & shrimp fried rice. The gangnam roll was pretty good with the fish on top is slathered with a sauce siratra based and I really enjoyed it. The ceviche roll, roll part was just a california roll with some kind of ceviche which was lack luster there. I was expecting a more robust tanggirness which is one of the best parts of ceviche. I'm not to sure about the fish used for the ceviche though. And now the shrimp fried rice was an egg style which was much to talk about. Flavor was pretty underwhelming and I don't like the oil used. It could use a little more shrimp in it which were a little overcooked btw. Went out for two with $72 out the door with 18% gratuity included. A little spendy but not to bad for mediocre food. The gangnam roll was good though!
Delicious food and very good service.
