Why did they cut my pizza like this this is the first time they did this for me pretty annoying tried calling but they are not taking calls
I ordered GLUTEN FREE. There must have been cross contamination. I was sick for 4 days! NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza was excellent haven't had it in a while can't complain but what you can complain it's a cleansingness of the building itself
I put in an order for hawaiian pizza XL, waited for 130 call to check on delivery eta nd was told the driver was busy nd that my order would be half off, then they said the driver would be there in 15 to 20 min, they ended up not showing
Of all the major American pizza places I will say Papa John's is definitely the best. Sure, there's some local spots that may be arguably better. However, when you want a convenient, affordable, and tasty option Papa John's is the way to go!
You can't be telling customers that their food will take 15 minutes. Then when I return in 20 minutes, you go ahead and let me know that my choice of meat is FROZEN so it will take another FIVE minutes. 6:33pm and I JUST got my food at 7:20pm. I even left a good tip and they could have been apologetic. Explains why even delivery takes awhile. I should've just did that like I usually do if I knew I'd still be waiting just as long. Either than that I enjoy the pizzas. Give it a try for yourself.
I placed an online order from the Boniface store. I ordered a pizza and 24 chipotle honey wings and recieved 20 buffalo wings that had a slight ammonia scent to them. I don't know anyone that works there so I don't think it was personal. I was so disgusted and angry that I threw the whole order in the garbage. I will never order from there again. Definitely no second chances for that place. I wish I hadn't tipped. Sort of expensive way to find out where not to eat. No stars
The driver showed up with the wrong order and instead of making a new order, they admittedly, just let my food sit there for 30 minutes and sent it out. The manager I spoke with just basically said, no big deal. It’s just your money we are wasting. The fact the manager is that careless is pathetic
Their service is average, considering they are busy by 1 pm. But there pizza, are really amazing as always.
