They didn't put enough pizza sauce on the pizza. I could barely taste the sauce.
The GM of this location, Day Quan, who is filling in for the Seward hwy store , along with Alexis the manager of the Seward hwy store, are both excellent and go above and beyond to make sure their guests have wonderful service and food. They have always ensured quality and freshness for our business and we recommend them to anyone in town. We will continue our good working relationship with these managers and hope the city of anchorage patrons will also seek their pizza needs from here. I have attempted to order from her twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time I understood the long wait. This time I spoke to a guy. Apparently they had to put source to door dash drivers. He said the driver would be there in 3 minutes. I called almost an hour later. He said the door dash thing said they dropped it off. I told him I never got it. He then told me he could remake it but it would take an extra 2 hours
I called the Northern lights store.They asked me for my first and last nameI said was that necessary. She said yes. I gave her my full name. I then proceeded to order. Then she tells me they don't deliver to my side of town and told me not to call old Seward because they won't deliver either. So I called the old Seward store and they took my order and told me there was no problem delivering. The food was fantastic. I'm just saying yall Northern lights store needs to do something about the woman that answered the phone.
Papa John's messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they'd give a refund. I never received a refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn't give a refund due to so much time passing.0 stars and would not recommend.
My husband and I flew to Anchorage for me to have a major surgery. Well, when you have a scheduled surgery you are supposed to have a cocid -19 test. My test came out positive. I was in shock, I had no symptoms. I have a 2 month window to have this surgery before I have permanent paralysis.I dont remember how many times I tried to order from Walmart or Carrs Safeway on-line. I could not leave the safe house at all. My husband had to go get things i needed. I still am not sure if I am able to reschedule the surgery i need. Papa John's pizza was all I able to order from. The whole time being in Anchorage Papa John's pizza was a savior. Plus during Christmas they were very helpful.Thank you to the staff for understanding my dilemma.
Horrible experience, I forgot to ask for paper plates since I was staying in hotel, called them back 12 times, and I was disconnected since my phone number had my order, it wouldn't allow me to call them back, Horrible company, they have a call center, so if you forget something you are screwed, your better off calling Alaska Pizza Company, they are more human friendly.....
Manager Allen is very kind and can tell he works very hard. He was working the store alone at 330 the day I went in and had 1 driver.
The pizza took more than twice as long to get to me as they said it would, and the pizza was cold.
Waited over an hour for delivery. Called and they were rude. Said pizza is ready for delivery but no one is there to deliver it and that it would be at least 20 more minutes.
