I do love me some Panda Express....so excited to find one as we don't have one where I live. Sad to say, I don't think my family will ever go to another one again. We arrived at 9:30pm....closing was 10:00pm. We almost left because we saw chairs up on the tables (cleaning for the night), but my husband poked his head in and the said they were still serving. Barely. So, they normally have multiple items to choose from, but it was towards closing and had only a few dishes still out. The gal working said "This is all we have"....OK....let's try to work with that. 3 servings of orange chicken and I got the mushroom chicken. There were some wontons so we got some of those...wanted 4, but she said they come in packs of 3....ok, no problem. No regular rice, just fried rice...no problem. So, drinks....we wanted fountain drinks...BUT, the fountain drink station in the dining room had been cleaned as had the one behind the counter (again, 30 minutes before closing). So we could only have the bottled sports drinks up front. I understand wanting to get ahead of the end of shift duties, but why not clean the drink station in the dining room and leave the one behind the counter open? Simple, right? Well, I'm sure I'm not going to convince my family to go to a Panda Express again, which is sad because I have always liked it...oh well.
Great foods and affordable. $25 for 2. Serving big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fast, easy and convenient.
How can you serve such mushy orange chicken? Also, there was something in my egg roll that resembled and felt like a seed... so, gross.
I have been doing deliveries for a couple of different companies and I have got to say that this store is AWESOME! The food is consistently of a high quality and the people who work there are incredible! Very recommended.
Vegetables in SUPER GREEN are undercooked.
I love Panda Express so much; it’s always been my favorite place to eat. However the last month and a half, the place has been horrible. I ordered food for delivery along with my brother, and our food was badly undercooked. I got in contact with the store and only received platitudes, and upon my brother throwing up from the food poisoning, I got in contact with the Alaska Food and Health Department. They assured me that they’d investigate the store, so about two weeks later I felt confident enough to order from them again. Unfortunately nothing changed; my food (orange chicken) was undercooked again, and on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked right this time. I ended up having severe nausea. I haven’t ordered from them since, but a coworker of mine told me they’d gotten food from the place only to get severe food poisoning. So this is a food safety issue that’s been going on for at least a month and a half; until this place gets sorted out, I heavily recommend that you avoid this place.
Severing were small. 3 item plate was put in a 2 item dish and same overall size as 2 item. Worst experience at PE I've ever had
Portions were very small. Orange chicken was mushy. Worst panda ? I've been too
They always have great customer service. The quality of their food is consistent. And their prices are reasonable. Right now they do not offer indoor dining. However, their take out can be had by using their drive thru or going into the restaurant. It is my Happy Place to eat. Please tip these people they are more than worth it.
I am staying in Anchorage doing training for my employer. It is Saturday night and the website said it would take an hour to receive my food. After an hour and 10 minutes I received a text that it would take another 5 minutes to get my food to me. 10 minutes later the driver shows up at my hotel and leaves my food at the front desk without even trying to bring it to my room. What a hassle. Cold food. I called the restaurant and they wouldn't help me they offered me 10% off my order and to refund my $2 delivery fee. Wow! I asked him for hot food and ask them to remake my order. That was out of the question. Be careful when you order from here. They really don't care about you
